Atmosphere was lovely. Delicious food with generous portions. Chips were sooo delicious. The batter was perfectly crispy and the fish tasted fresh. Service was outstanding, was asked about allergies from the get go, server was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

September 2023 - Wow...probably the best Fish & Chips we had in this area. A super friendly place and very accommodating. The food was amazing and the staff really gave us a warm welcome. We actually came back several time during our trip, and would definitely be coming back next time we are in the area. Highly recommend you sit down and enjoy a meal here. Also, don't forget the Gerkins which are out of shot here! A*******************<br><br>August 2024 - Had to revisit since we were in the area, and the food never disappointedly! Was served by a lovely Scottish lady again who always makes us very welcomed!

Staff in here are always lovely, me and my partner have returned to this restaurant 3 years in a row when we visit Eastbourne and wouldn’t get fish and chips from anywhere else.<br><br>Staff are always amazing, there is a lady who works there (on the shorter side, fringe and I think Irish accent) what a pleasure she was and so accommodating.<br><br>Food always excellent

Regrettably my wife didn't like her fish, saying it tasted as if it had been lying around a while. Mine was great. Wish she had told me so I could have informed the restaurant at the time. Nonetheless it ought to have been better. Service wasn't great either on this occasion. We've been visiting Qualisea for 20 years, so disappointed with our latest visit.

We were recommended this place by the lady on the information desk at Burling Gap.<br>What a treat! The menu choice was extensive & the food was cooked to perfection. We had the haddock which was very tasty.

It's one of the best fish and chips I've eaten. Top service, and you can get a pint of John Smiths or why not try a Long Man's best bitter, which goes down a treat. If you are visiting Eastbourne, it's a must.

It was very quiet here at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon, but what great service we received. Very friendly staff and the food arrived within minutes of ordering. Really tasty fish, a good size and great crispy batter. It felt a tad expensive at first, but the quality made it seem worth it.<br><br>The restuarant and toilet were clean, and we would highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We ordered on Wednesday evening for delivery at a local holiday park. They were able to deliver to the park even without being confident on the park map, we arranged to meet at the entrance. The gluten free options were amazing and they even called back and offered us the onion rings gluten free. We turned this down but then found out our GF guest would love them so we called back. I offered to pay for a 2nd portion assuming they would have cooked our non GF ones already and they changed it to GF no problems. Didn’t even need to meet delivery driver at the entrance she found our caravan plot. 10/10! We visit Eastbourne/Pevensey a lot and we will be definitely coming back! Wish you delivered to London!!

Table of 5 was welcomed and shown to table. Reasonably priced. Kids meal plentiful. Strawberry milkshake was loved by the kids. Even got a little extra. Always good. We will be back.
