We cannot thank Clare, Jenny, Sharon, and the team enough for looking after our two dogs for four weeks while we visited our Daughter in New Zealand. Having never left our dogs in kennels for a long time, we were apprehensive, but Sharon and her team were excellent and kept in contact with us via email. She also sent some wonderful photos of the two dogs having a fantastic time, playing and running around in the paddock.
A few weeks before their stay in the kennels, one of our dogs injured himself and had a large wound which needed daily wound care. He also had to wear a cone to prevent him from licking it. Sharon and her team provided daily wound care, and when we returned, the wound had completely healed, thanks to their excellent care and attention.
A huge thank you to the whole team for their excellent care of our dogs.

My dog stayed here over the summer and they were great, we were a bit nervous as he had never been in a Kennel environment but we were allowed to visit and take him on a tour, which helped massively as when we dropped him off for his stay he was very happy and super excited to be there. He had a great stay and he came home one very happy dog.

Our dog goes here 3x a week for the last 2 years and absolutely loves it. You only need to say "day care" or the name of one of his best friends there and he goes mental. We also send our cats here when we go on holiday.
The staff are happy to send updates on the animals and help with medications and eating habits. They're also flexible with timings; we've picked up on sundays and late evenings in the week sometimes.
The dogs are walked a couple of times a day in groups or individually (as requested) and theres a sandschool where they all get together - the difference in my dog social interactions with other dogs since going to Pridelands has been night and day. If you have a nervous dog or one who needs to learn how to interact with other dogs then this could really help.
When we go dog walking and speak to other people as you do, we only hear positive words for Pridelands. I'd be sad if we moved and had to take our dog elsewhere.

My dogs love coming to stay at Pridelands they are delighted to meet up with staff when they arrive and so happy and relaxed when we collect them. I was very nervous the first time I booked and I was reassured every step of the way. I have booked them for doggy daycare and longer stays many times since with no regrets. Nothing but praise for this team who really love all the doggos. When we pull into the drive my two are wagging their tails and looking forward to their stay before we park up. I can highly recommend.

I can recommend Pridelands highly, we have been using them for 25 years and the girls that work there are all so lovely they really take care of my dogs and make them feel at home, from lovely walks to playing in secluded areas and paying them lots of attention they do a fantastic job and I feel so happy to go away knowing they are being taken care of so well.

We were a little skeptical about using a kennel while we were away but left with little choice when a boarder let us down at the last minute.

How wrong we were... from the off we felt very comfortable with Pridelands. On our first visit Sharon was wonderful showing us around and explaining the process. All the staff we met that day spent time saying hello and giving Skittle cuddles... they all clearly love dogs!!

We picked him up after a 6 night stay and he was good as gold. Clearly well looked after (and exercised) while clearly still enjoying the company of the staff.

Safe to say we'll be using them again!

Our two dogs and cat stayed at Pridelands in August and had a great time. Our cat, who is a bit of a diva, decided not to eat for a few days and Sharon went above and beyond to find her something that she would like to encourage her to eat. We were kept fully up to date on the cat's progress which we really appreciated.

All three came home happy and relaxed and we would recommend Pridelands as a great place to look after your pets.

My dog loves going here. He's usually very anxious about day care/ kennels but he always comes back relaxed and happy. I hear he enjoys playing with the other dogs and gets lots of cuddles - as an anxious dog owner it's great to hear how well he's looked after and that he is comfortable whilst I'm away. Would highly recommend Pridelands, even if your dog is more on the nervous side.

Pridelands and the staff who care for our girl on her visits are great! As soon as we reach the drive our gorgeous girl knows where she is and the excitement is uncontainable! She gives staff the biggest doggy cuddles when she sees them! That makes me smile as I know she’s happy there. She’s well exercised and socialised during the day and I can relax knowing she’s well cared for! 😃

Wonderful place - and a second home for Murphy, who goes into Pridelands wagging his tail, and has a fabulous time on his holidays there with the other dogs and staff. I suspect Sharon has a soft spot for his cheeky side and all the staff know him well. Can’t recommend those kennels enough.

We have a twelve year old naughty beagle and eleven year old lab. Pridelands have welcomed them every year and taken the greatest of care of them. The team are amazing and there is a great atmosphere around the place. The beautiful Sussex landscape behind the kennels reminds you of the fantastic walks they have. On pick up our beagle prefers to head to the reception than our car. Leaving our dogs at kennels has been made a guilt free experience since we started using Pridelands as we know they are in the best care by the best people having the best time.

We have a rescue Greyhound that goes into daycare at Pridelands on a weekly basis. All of the staff there take amazing care of him. He is always excited to see them when he gets there in the morning and I have no doubt that they look after him as if he were one of their own.

We first used Pridelands when our 15-month old labrador was just seven months. We were a bit anxious about how she would take to being in kennels but Lola absolutely loved it. The team there is lovely and we know she gets properly exercised and cared-for which is really reassuring to us. Lola is always really happy when she arrives for a stay! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pridelands.

Jenny and her team clearly love dogs and this is the second time I've used pridelands and have come away feeling confident that my dogs have been well cared for. They talk about the dogs as individual personalities and whenever I've been to pridelands all the dogs appear happy . Thank you Jenny and we look forward to seeing you again in September X love Liz, Ted and Olive.
