Pridelands have looked after our dog, Roy 3 times now and each time we have been impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and care. They have given us peace of mind each time and they've kept us informed of how he's been and even shown us pictures and videos of him during his stay. We would highly recommend them and I think Roy is already looking forward to going back to see all his Pridelands friends. Thank you for everything so far.

There's nowhere else I would rather send my dog!<br>My parent's dog came here 4 days a week for daycare for 9 years (until my parents retired) and was here every time they went on holiday.<br>My dog came here for day care for years until I changed job, and still comes in when we go away or when we go on a long day trip.<br>He has the best time when he comes, and we can relax knowing that they take just as much care of him as we would do at home.<br>The kennels is set in a large farm with big fields and the dogs go for long group walks where they are free to run and sniff. It is excellent and you really feel that the staff have the best interests of dogs at heart.

I had to book my dogs in recently for a two week stay while my husband had surgery for cancer - despite the uncertainty concerning dates (which had to be changed at the last minute), Jenny was able to book them in and took great care of them during their stay (along with the rest of the team of course - thanks to you all). Mouse and Penfold are always happy to go to on their holidays and Jenny is really good with the dogs, sending pics of them having a great time, which is immensely reassuring at what has been an otherwise really stressful time. Our lab has been going to Pridelands since she was a puppy and always comes home happy, fit and well. I cannot fault the way in which they look after her, the staff are delightful and I highly recommend them.

We've been using Pridelands for nearly two years now, for both Doggy Daycare and Boarding, and it's like a second home to our dog. Ozzy absolutely loves his time there and he is very well cared for, and everyone who works there clearly loves it and loves working with animals.<br><br>Highly recommend it!

I cannot rate Pridelands highly enough. My dog has been attending for short breaks and longer holidays for the last 2 years. I know he is not the easiest dog to look after, he is generally anxious and can be nervous around some dogs. The experienced staff at Pridelands have always taken the time to listen and have been understanding, they know how best to look after him which gives me confidence and peace of mind when I leave him. He always seems happy and well looked after, he comes home for a rest after all the running about he’s done whilst there. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

Our little pug has stayed in Pridelands for a whole month when we went to visit home. When we left him there he was unwell with eye infection and I was worried to leave him, but Pridelands was very good at communicating with us and took very good care of him. Clare (the owner) was very accommodating and hands-on and she was updating us and sending us some pictures and videos. We kept in touch despite the time difference. It was so reassuring. Our little pug was well cared for and when we came back to collect him he seemed so happy like he also had been on his own little holiday while he was at Pridelands. The staff at Pridelands are very nice people who don't do their job just for the money - they do everything with love. Our vet also said that Pridelands is known to be good at what they do. I can fully recommend Pridelands and I look forward to availing their service again for my little pug in the future. Thank you so much, Pridelands team! Well done and keep it up!

I cannot recommend Pridelands strongly enough! My ESS has been attending at least 2 days a week for the last 13 months, with a few weeks residential. She absolutely loves going, is always super excited on 'playschool' days and when I collect her she has clearly had a fabulous day. She is able to run off lead and swim in the pond! She has made a best friend, Nessa who she gets on with tremendously. Sharon and Jenny are the best carers and although Willow is a nervous girl, she adores them both and enjoys the walks, cuddles and attention she gets from them. Thank you ladies for looking after my 'baby' as well as I would myself.

We have Jack Russell 17yrs old in May 24, who has been diagnosed with dementia. After discussions with our vet it was suggested a session of doggy day care to stimulate her. I spoke to Pridelands who said let’s give it a go. We’ve been attending 1 day a week for only 3 weeks and she has really enjoyed it - she came home yesterday and was doing zoomies, playing with her toys, interacting with us, she has a new lease of life. In addition she seems to be calmer with other dogs now - we had been having issues with her behaviour with other dogs but even that seems to be getting better. I know it’s early days, but without Sarah and Sharon at Pridelands taking a risk with her we would have had to seriously consider the awful alternative much sooner.

Just collected our dogs after a 10 day stay, well yet again they appear to have loved their time at the kennels and have returned very happy and healthy! Big thanks to the staff for sending us regular emails and pictures keeping us reassured whilst we were away! Our cat also stayed in the cattery and again was very well cared for, cannot fault this place and we will see you again soon! Thank you for looking after our babies (loonies). I have owned dogs all my life, so have experienced various kennels over the years and Pridelands out does them all!<br>I have a very sensitive Rhodesian Ridgeback and two elderly worldly wise terriers.<br>I left all three with the caring and professional team at Pridelands for two weeks over Christmas. I can honestly say that my RR has come back a new man - he not only looked amazing, his confidence had been built up 10 fold - I would like to say a special thank you to Sarah for dedicating so much of her time to him. My two little ones were very contented also.<br>All the dogs were taken on long walks in beautiful secure countryside allowing them to run free without leads and play with other good natured dogs. Regular photos and videos of the dogs were sent to me, which was so heart warming and reassuring.<br>I can highly recommend Pridelands and would not send my dogs anywhere else.

I have 3 small dogs , one of which is very nervous. All 3 boarded here recently for 2 weeks.<br>I had a look around prior to dropping the dogs off, and the staff were lovely and friendly and the kennels nice, clean and welcoming.<br>Nothing was too much trouble and my dogs had a lovely time!<br>They even sent me videos of my nervous dog playing with the others. He loved the interaction.<br>I will definitely be returning with my poochies and thanks to Pridelands for taking such good care of them.

I have two border collies, one of which is very nervous and they could not have been better looked after. They have never been in kennels before and I would not hesitate to use Pridelands again, they really took care of both dogs and even gave us updates while we were away. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

WOW! I cant thank the staff at Pridelands enough for always caring for my little Tilly with the upmost care. Every time I arrive, Tilly runs in with utter excitement, and is always greeted with open arms from the lovely caring staff. My Tilly suffers from quite a few health issues including Glaucoma in her eye. Pridelands staff have always kept on top of all her needs and requirements. Tilly also requires a specialist diet and can easily lose weight due to stress, however because of the outstanding care of the pridelands team this has never happened in their care.<br>I cant recommend them enough, will never go any<br>where else.

Puppy seemed to have a lovely time there! However, verbally abusive neighbours on drop off, then on pick up, aggressive driver (possibly owner of the livery farm) came up to us asking us to slow down (6mph) in an intimidating manner. Overall a poor experience for us therefore we will sadly not be returning with our pets.

Our two spaniels love going to Pridelands Kennels both for boarding and 'Doggie Day-care'. We have always had the most positive experience with all the lovely, caring staff over the last few years of sending our beloved pets to Pridelands. Our dogs are always excited when we arrive and come home well exercised and content. Every request or instruction has always been met and we highly recommend Pridelands to all.

Our Goldendoodle Luna has been going to Daycare a couple of days a week for the last year now. She absolutely loves it! All the staff are very friendly and Luna is always happy to see them. Doggie daycare is a great way to socialise your puppy too, Luna was 4 months old when she started.<br><br>It means she's not sat at home on her own when we are both out at work for the day. Can't recommend this enough.

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Our dog goes in happily every time and appears absolutely fine when we pick her up. It's nice getting an update from the staff whilst we are away.

Really happy with this place. Stuff is friendly and kind to dogs, place is clean with lots of space for walks.I have two dogs which one of them is reactive. They went for day care few times and finely stayed for week. They been handled by experience stuff and all went well without any issues. Thank you 👍
