Felt a little disappointed on latest of many outings to Pomo. Both starters and deserts seemed poor value for money. The tiny scoop of ice cream on massive plate looks pathetic and was almost melted as it was placed on table.Sardines had the least meat on that I can remember. Maybe getting a little complacent. I hope for better value next time.

Het hadden er vijf moeten zijn maar het lange wachten op de maaltijd gecombineerd met een iets te drukke setting waardoor er relatief weinig aandacht voor de klant was maakt het vier sterren. Vierenhalf had beter geweest.<br>Het eten is zeer goed te normen bij deze zaak. De enorme drukte maakt ook wel duidelijk dat deze zaak iets goed doet. Het kalfsvlees was heerlijk en voorzien van een prima smakende garnituur. De penne met biefstuk was ook smakelijk te noemen. Een rondje langs de tafels liet overal een tevredenheid van de klant zien . Kortom, aanrader !!!!!!!<br>Voor de mensen die iets luxer willen eten ? Naast deze zaak zit het zusje ... zelfde eigenaar maar minder massaal. Schijnt erg goed te zijn.

Excellent in every aspect. Booked table last minute. Despite being busy they fitted us in. I thought service might be slow as so busy. But it was not. Attentive waiter's. Great singing Voice if it's your birthday. While restaurant joined in. Food was served quickly and nice and hot. I would say best carbonara I have ever eaten. Plenty of it. My daughter's chose pizza. Again tasty and large. They should have shared. Would recommend this authentic Italian restaurant.

1st visit in a group of 4 for a late lunch and was impressed. Huge menu with some set menus included. Good, efficient service. Food arrived promptly and was piping hot. All four of us had ordered different starters and mains and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. Good value too. Tip - the mussels starter is huge and came with 3 slices of garlic bread so make sure you are very hungry or share this starter!

This is the first time I have been here but won't be the last<br>It was a last minute decision to book a table<br>But wow i was really surprised at the restaurant it was so busy but<br>The staff where brilliant they made us feel welcome<br>Drinks order was taken<br>And we made our choices of starters and mains<br>The menu also gave options of set meals and some of us this was a great option<br><br>I decided on white bait and the steak<br>Omg home made tartare sauce was probably the nicest I've had in a very long time<br>And the steak (pics) was cooked to perfection medium-rare<br><br>Everyone's meals where perfect and not one issue (if I'm being really picky the staff where that busy they didn't get time to check on our meals)<br><br>Deserts where made in house and tasted great<br>Icecream in house made<br>And all the dishes looked good (didn't get time to take pics as they where just to good looking and we all tucked in and scoffed the lot)<br><br>Recommended to couples and large party groups<br><br>Hope you all enjoy the great evening we had (and even though it was busy we wasnt rushed and got to enjoy the evening)<br>Table booked at 7:45pm we left at 10:30

Have visited the restaurant a few times in the past. The most recent visit was to celebrate a family birthday. We had a large party which can sometimes be an issue with restaurants and timings.
No such issues here, all of our food came out together (within a couple of minutes) meaning we could all eat together, no awkward 'you start or it will get cold' required.The food is of good quality and piping hot, great choice and accompanied by a great drinks menu.
Would certainly recommend to visitors of Eastbourne.

Full of praise for this excellent restaurant and would eat here whenever we are in Eastbourne. Tribute to its excellence is that we went along on a Monday night expecting it to be almost empty and it was almost full! We ate in the overflow area but we were still treated just the same and the food and service were excellent. The fillet steak in a cream and brandy sauce was beautiful and excellent value. Very friendly without being obsequious. Highly recommended.
