Lovely family meal on a Saturday night. Great cocktails, good wine (we had a smooth Merlot), plenty of vegan options (the mandarin and chocolate cake - torte really, was to die for) and service was very good. Nice to sit downstairs - a little quieter for us to chat.

Very nice slice of Italy in Eastbourne. Me and my partner tried 3 different starters, one pasta dish, one rice dish, one pizza and a fish dish across one dinner end one lunch, and they were all very, very nice!<br>Staff is friendly and caring for every need you might have.<br>I'd definitely go there again in my next visit.

One of the best and most authentic Italian restaurants that I have been to in the UK. The quality of the food is top class. We actually went for lunch and then ended up going back for dinner. They cater very well for gluten free needs as well.

One of the best and most authentic Italian restaurants I have encountered in England. We went for lunch and then came back for dinner! Food is very tasty and caters well for gluten free needs. It was very busy which is a reflection of its popularity with the locals.

I was squeezed in at 5 15 on a busy Sunday. Service was swift and professional.<br><br>The pasta we ordered was good tasting and the restaurant seemed clean and spacious despite being busy.

Today we visited this restaurant for lunch. We had the three course option. The food was amazing and very good value for money. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. We sat on a table where you could see the kitchen it all looked so well run. The restaurant was very clean and tidy too. There is nothing bad I can say everything and everyone was perfect we will definitely be coming back.

I really wanted to love it here after hearing so many positive reviews but although the starter was lovely the main was just bland. I had a lasagne and if it came with a bit of salad on the side it would have been better but it was basically just a pile of cheese, red sauce and pasta sheets in a bowl. The staff although helpful, didn't seem to smile or really interact with us and there was no atmosphere. We won't be going back unfortunately.

Can't praise this restaurant enough. It was absolutely packed, but the service was brilliant. A couple of minor problems were met with unreserved apologies and rectified immediately. (Wrong wine brought/forgot coffee)
