Top equipment,<br>The space is used really well,<br>An environment that is about helping people build the best and strongest version of them selfs.<br>Friendly and welcoming staff (our first visit was today)<br>No meat heads , just gentle giants here!<br>This is one gym that won’t need to bat an eye lid when pure gym opens 🙏🙌👌🏻🔥👊🏻

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Performance Fitness VERY friendly team who make me actually want to train. Scott and his team are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. By far the best facilities around can’t recommend it enough.

Disappointed I can only give 5 stars! Wow, what a gym! I booked a couple of days away in Eastbourne, travelling from Essex and was looking for a decent gym to get a workout in. So happy I found these guys. Exceptional service from the moment you walk in, really warm and knowledgeable staff. I was served by Zoe and Matthew and they were great. Watching Zoe operate she seems to know every single member by name and is so generous with her time and energy, gyms my way you are lucky to get a grunt from the staff when you come in. The actual gym is exceptional. Old school stuff (which blows modern equipment out of the water in terms of quality and the workout you can get. They have managed to hit a great combo of hardcore training gym but also perfect for average Joe's like me too. A day pass is £6....I am used to paying a lot more for a lot less. I could not be more impressed with this place and I shall return!

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. There is all the equipment you could ever want and the gym just overall has a lovely atmosphere. Couldn't recommend more !

It has a lovely feel and there's a sense of closeness and community within the gym, I have only been there once but it's a good gym with the equipment well kept and the vending option is well open and available<br><br>I definitely do see myself coming there once the opportunity rises once again ☺️

Absolutely love it here! I've recently moved over from Brighton where there are loads of gyms, I was worried I wouldn't find the right one for me, but this is perfect! Been into powerlifting for 9ish months and this place is just amazing for it.
