This gym taught me to never judge a book by its cover. Prior to joining I had attended the premises to do spin and had assumed with all the hard core equipment and heavy weights that were being lifted that this was simply another 'meat head' gym..... well I was 100% wrong on all levels ... this gym is the best I ever joined and I've been a member of a few.... it is family run and everyone is so friendly I feel right at home from day one. Has a great variety of equipment to cater for hard core gym goers, right back to new first timers like myself when I started to experienced gym goers. I started my journey in 2016 with PFG and love it everyone is so friendly. What I also like is that the owner Scott and other staff are always on hand to help and correct members if they need it. 10 out of 10 guys..... so if your considering a gym to join Id say look no further for value and great atmosphere and equipment. Four years on I attend the gym daily and am still a very happy customer who is thankful I found this lovely place.

I train at this gym when ever I visit my dad in Eastbourne. It is an excellent gym and very friendly. It is possibly the best gym that I have ever trained at. People seem to respect the gym and other users. Weights are always put away after use and I have never had to unload other peoples weights before I can use a piece of equipment. I would fully recommend this gym and will be back their to train when I next visit my dad...
