Wheelchairs are accessible if needed. Loads of free parking. Cafe,loos,loads of plants,huge range of,attractively arranged,gifts,pets and related foods and products.Exhibition, miniature railway and adventure playground are extra charges(reasonable price compared to other local attractions and you can by an annual ticket).

A very upmarket garden centre. Beautifully displayed cabinets indoors full of gifts for every occasion. The restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, you nip in for just one item and come out with a basketful of stuff!! The only improvement needed is to have a dedicated haberdashery. I would use that a lot.

Tates Garden Centre is full of Great products . There is always new items to look at.. The Cafe is good for getting a drink and something to eat and sit for a while. Pets are for sale or just to look at is a must. Take the little train around the Garden Maze a steal for a pound token.. Kids love it.. There is an Activity Centre and soft play to cost for the day.. Great for the Kids to let of Steam.. Come and cost soon..

Really nice garden centre the only part that let it down was the animal section. Mainly the poor rabbits! They're all kept on their own and they have Rex rabbits in tiny enclosures. The hamster and monglian gerbil tanks where tiny too 😕

Spent a happy hour wandering around. Lots of different things to see in the shop - it was great to see the Christmas Shop! Nice coffee shop.

Excellent oasis in a blighted industrialised wasteland area. Nice friendly old fashioned English service; low prices at the café. Christmas decorations field superb selected items. Safe for kids with a fun park out back.

We have an annual pass as we go a lot with our youngest. It's a very cheap day out. There is a display museum, big graden area with a ride on train (extra cost, time of writing this is one pound), soft play, outside play area. Big outside display garden. The site is on a standard garden centre and café (which you don't need to pay for) Staff are excellent. Free parking.

Love this place. Good value. Loads for kids to do regardless of weather. Mini train outside and inside play. Museum section, lots if dinosaurs. Lovely grounds. Nice well priced food. We will come back lots
