After hearing the radio ad for Paperlane, I thought I would go in and take a look for my sons birthday Not only did I leave with a wonderful bunch of balloons but I was thrilled to find that they had a cake decoration department. Wow! It's great! They had everything I needed cupcake cases and toppers, sparklers, candles and cake stand. That saved me hunting around Eastbourne ! I will be back soon with my friends !! Thank you !!
