Always nice food at a fair price. Staff are friendly. You can sit and watch the activity in the harbour through the nice large windows or you can sit outside weather permitting.

Excellent,great views over the harbour,tasty Italian food, very good portions,friendly girls,we were on our way to the cinema and hadn't booked but we're accommodated on a very busy Friday night,we didn't have time for a sweet but they looked fantastic,we will be back...booking a reservation recommended....

Visited with my mother, we both had seafood spaghetti for lunch which was really, really nice. Staff were friendly and quick to take order; food didn't take too long to arrive.

We was in Eastbourne for the day, I googled what was around regarding restaurants and narrowed it down to 2. Pablos came back as a good choice as reviews go. WOW. What a good choice . My wife and I both fancied fish so we had the Sea bass and baby prawns in a cream and spinach sauce with vegetables.<br>Expertly presented on the plate and tasted out of this world. For us we both agreed it was the best Sea bass we have had at a restaurant. The fish and the vegetables were perfect.<br><br>Desert. Again superb. Perfectly presented on the dish. My wife went for the chocolate fudge cake with cream and ice cream and I had the salted caramel cheesecake again with cream and ice cream. We both tried each others as you do. And we both said that they were both as nice as each others. I would be hard pushed to decide which one to choose if we went back.<br>The staff were fantastic. Polite and attentive. Service was spot on. Congratulations to you all.<br>If we are in the area again we will be back. Thank you very much.

Great pizza, and good mussels, too! Would recommend choosing the pomodorino sauce. They make a good full meal as supposed to a starter. Also a nice view of the harbour, with boats going past and so forth.

This used to play second fiddle to Simply Italian, but with SI going downhill and Pablo's going up, it is now the best choice. Good Italian food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. It also gets the sun for later in to the afternoon/evening.
