Paul arrived on time, very cheerful, polite and respectful. Went about the job with confidence. I felt it would be a problem because two guys from London had been unable to do it. But Paul pulled out the old machine and did it really quickly cleaning up as he went. I had a lot of confidence in him as he knew what he was doing. Left the machine where I wanted it. Just what you want from a workman.
