Paul carried out above work. He was polite and was offered lunch and drinks throughout. On completion it was noted that the CH pump was continually running and could only be turned off from main isolator. This received no comment from Paul, even though water had gushed out everywhere. Took several e-mails, phone calls and texts to get him out to check pump problem. Diagnosed as PCB fault. Now there is a pipe adrift from part of the original works, we have tried to contact Paul, but no response in 3 days. Original works paid in full, but no mention of a guarantee/warrantee on parts or labour.

Paul went to great lengths to source the radiator which was suitable for the job and kept us informed at all times of progress. All the work was completed to our satisfaction and left clean and tidy. Paul managed to complete the job with just a couple of small pieces of pipe showing in a cupboard making it look very neat and unobtrusive. I would certainly recommended Paul for his good workmanship.
