We recently needed some plumbing work done quickly. Paul came the same day as we called to give a quote and the work was carried out the following week quickly and efficiently. He provided all the items required, helped us to make choices on our radiator style and has talked us through what is possible for a bathroom renovation we are planning in the future. Paul also services our boiler. We have always found Paul to be reliable, friendly and efficient and his workmanship is superb. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Paul was honestly so nice from beginning to end! Always on time, very very clean with their work, there was no mess anywhere! I feel like I was the typical nightmare customer as I didn't like my bath panel but they came back and fitted the perfect one and now I'm just over the moon with my bathroom. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Would 110% use again and I have already recommended.

I can't recommend Paul's firm more highly. He has a brilliant team, including plumbers, tilers, plasterer, floor-fitters. The job was promptly estimated, costed to within my budget and installed with minimum fuss and disruption, with everyone turning up as promised, on time and on the appointed days. They did a fabulous job, despite the pandemic lockdown. Very considerate guys to have in the apartment and always cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

It's a concealed toilet so access was a little tricky. Mr Moorton perservered and was able to access and easily locate the issue. He returned quickly with the new part required. Great job done, explained throughout what the issue was and what needed doing. He completed the job quickly and efficiently with no mess. And was chatty and cheery. Definitely recommend and have already talked about quotes for revamping my bathroom.
