A very pragmatic insurance company and a lot of messing about and non information by 1 answer left my vehicle uninsured for 24hrs. If I use a broker I do not expect to hear ‘ ......you will need to phone your insurance company for that information......’
If it was not for the dogged determination and perseverance of Danni Mc then 1 Answer would not be my current brokers, or any stars at all!
When things go right they are a great broker, if things go wrong get Danni to resolve it! If she says she will do something Danni does it.

I dealt with James Emmings for my car insurance, he was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and generally really nice to speak with.
In all honesty I didn’t even obtain any quotes from elsewhere, James’s was the first quote I had, I didn’t deal with anyone else because James’s exemplary attitude meant more to me then a possible saving in money elsewhere. He wasn’t pushy as salespeople have been in the past and that was really a lot of what sealed the deal for me, a deal totalling just over £3000!
He is an absolute credit to the company and I hope he gets to see this review.
