Had the pleasure of speaking to Scott today for my grandsons car insurance. Very helpful, friendly, polite and extremely professional. Went out of his way to find the best quote. Rang back promptly with new quotes. Will certainly use your services again based on today's experience.

I'm next to uninsurable. If I go to Go-Compare or the like for insurance on a standard 1.4 hatchback, I receive quotes asking for around £10,000 a year. With specialists such as BeWiser I can still expect to pay £250-£300 a month. With Oneanswer they were able to offer me quotes of £100-£120 o a Sunday afternoon. I had only just got my insurance that low BEFORE my ban. My broker was Drew Reed and he pulled all the stops out and bent over backwards to get me the best price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had quite big problems with my policy when I originally took it out (overzealous sales advisor) but the problems were quickly ironed out by Rebecca (customer service agent) dealing with me who went the extra mile at a very quick pace to make sure my policy met my needs and documents were received extremely quickly - Thank you, I am very grateful to you.
Overall happy with price too.

It wasn't an instant service I had to wait approx 15 mins for lovely Katie to answer. I had given up and sent an email while waiting querying the same miscommunication between departments Hopefully everything has been sorted now.
All personnel I have been in-contact with have been professional, polite and reassuring. I hope communication between departments improves as this is the only thing that lets down the excellent service One Answer provides.

Their customer service is fantastic, and their prices are competitive - exactly what you want. In particular, I want to recommend Joseph Odubade who I dealt with. He's polite, friendly, very efficient and always answered my questions thoroughly. You can tell he really cares about his job. I hope his manager reads this review! Businesses survive not only because of their products, but because of the staff members in the organisation.

Took out insurance yesterday after great customer service from Drew. He was very efficient and always called when he said he would. He knew the the answers to my questions. Got a great deal that saved me hundreds and also a payment plan that suited me. I liked Drew’s friendly approach, without being over familiar like some companies where I’ve been called love and dear on the first call!! Very happy.

Very poor service. I renew my policy with them still not receive my cover note it's been three day when I phone they said we are sent it to your email now this 3rd day I haven't receive anything from them my old policy is finishing tonight so I'm not sure I'm insured or not without cover note I can't take risk to drive my car. Because of them I have to miss my work tomorrow I'm really disappointed

Just had an historic breakdown cover query and needed information re: cove, as the breakdown company closed and cover was transferred to another company at which time i had cause to call out breakdown recovery. This must have been during that period. I used chat and Shola Smith sorted this and sent the relevant documents within 15 mins. So prompt a, helpful & efficient

review for Daniella mcpherson, decent girl helpped me a lot in a very short amount of time couldn't fault her which is a lot seeing as went through a painstaking 6 months going between different people in the buisness only her and one other person from the broker which was a good proactive employee with human emotions .

I had to enquiry regarding my brother's Taxi Insurance matter, and when I called there, I was put through to Customer Service Advisor - Daniella; She dealt the matter with very professionally. I had to send some documents and she advised me to send through 'WhatsApp' and it was done very efficiently and all the matter solved there in then. Very pleased to deal with,
