Been calling up for weeks trying to get insurance transferred onto another vehicle but it wouldnt happen because i was in arears so i tried calling today and christina sorted it out by calling close brothers ad asking them to amend the payment because i paid it few weeks ago but close brothers wernt notified so christina was polite and she sorted it all out for me the service was quick and was done within ten minutes

Andy Herrington who dealt with my quote was friendly but also very professional. He made sure that I knew what exactly what was happening as we went through the quote. He really made me feel that my business was important to him and that he would try and get me a competitive quote which is exactly what he did. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I gave 5* only for customer advisor Mr Jack Heather least one week I had enough headache I rang so many time I got unhelpful unprofessional and very rude behaviour but today when I spoke about my problem to Mr Jack Heather he took 5 minutes to solve it . Thank you Mr Jack Heather 5* for you

I found that the phone operator despite and handled my call very professionally,my only issue was the previous call to contact was not dealt with correctly therefore having me call again. Also I found the waiting time to be connected a long time. Overall though there is work to be done to satisfy my experience to a good standard.

Originally i gave one answer 1 star, but because they admitted their mistake and refunded me accordingly, i have now awarded them 3 stars. There is room for improvement as a broker and this could be improved by better staff training. The taxi insurance industry needs to be improved and there are now more efficient smaller brokers who look after there customers, listening to the customers needs, negotiating with insurance providers to get the best deal. One answer almost destroyed my business and they really need to start thinking seriously about the impact on small businesses.

The person who dealt with my car insurance was a Mr Bradley Goble, a nicer, friendly, helpful, patient man. who worked hard on the business I required and I am sure got me the best deal that he could get of which I was more than satisfied.
