What made it great ? Email Upton . She had fantastic rapport. We chatted about what seemed like everything. She is a credit to your company. I have worked in call centres and insurance and know that your company will continue to be successful if everyone is like Emily. She has fantastic rapport, a sense of humour and a human touch.
