I have used this company for both my vehicles for a couple of years now. This year however Daniella who dealt with my renewal went over and beyond to ensure everything was in place for me as i was out of the country even with the vehicle she had not dealt with. Now thats customer service as it should be.. thank you Daniella

The lady I dealt with (Danni) was knowledgeable and helpful. She kept her commitments to call me when she said she would regardless of not having received the information requested from Insurers- ensuring I was kept up to date with the progress of my renewal. Great when asking for money but delivering a service is another issue. Our concern was not handled properly. You should really review the calls of your agents so that you would know how bad they treat your clients.

Customer service is a disgrace, I have tried contacting for 2 weeks now and been left on hold for over 40 mins and then cut off each time, no response on web chat either.. would never recommend to anyone

What a star Joel was. Never gave up trying to find a lower price. I had lots of changes to make and a real troublesome situation and he was kind polite and never made me feel too much trouble. Only point of trouble is the getting through as you do have to wait a long time listening to bad music till you get a human but worth the wait.👍🏻👍🏻

I have many convictions and was given a very good quote with this company. A friendly man set up my policy and helped me find something I could afford and then Rebecca helped me to get my documents and work out how to use the share code which I struggled to do myself. She was very kind and helpful and i am pleased with my insurance policy and would recommend.
