Very impressed with this company. From planning all the way to installation, they have been very understanding of my questions and they have made the whole process exciting and hassle free. The installation process was straightforward and the guys were very tidy with minimal disruption to our lives. OHM fitted a heat pump in my three bedroom house in July 2022. They have been professional and reliable from first contact to the annual service, carried out in July 2023. OHM specialises in renewable energy, including heat pumps. I'd recommend a specialist when considering getting a heat pump because they're not yet common in the UK and it's best to have an experienced company involved. Highly recommended.

We received speedy, helpful support when we had an emergency.
The technician helped us to get our water supply going and how to manage the system to help the house work okay. We were able to communicate via video link and he guided us through the checks and found the problem. He phoned us back to check the system was operating okay and came out the next day.

I can’t speak too highly of Keith, engineer at OHM energy, who came and fixed our air source heat pump which broke down during freezing weather. The problem turned out to be complex, Keith came out to us three days in a row and with immense patience and perseverance he diagnosed and fixed it. He even phoned me on the fourth day to check all was well, which it was. A shout out too to Ryan in the office who was extremely attentive and responsive to our cries for help.

Ohm replaced our gas boiler with an air source heat pump with quite a bit of upgrading being needed to our hot water system. Everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful, especially the team that did the work. A couple of minor tweaks were implemented very quickly. Well done to everyone at Ohm for providing such a good service, particularly considering how busy they are.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Paul, Emma, Ollie and Keith at OHM. I have had a ground source heat pump installed by them aswell as PV panel system. The work was prompt and efficient but in particularly the after sale service and customer care is excellent. It is a big outlay and they always take time to answer questions and queries. Saving up for my Powerwall battery now and will be using these guys!

Very pleased with OHM ENERGY from start to finish. Colin came and done the survey with an obvious knowledge, but wasn’t your normal pushy salesman. The quote came quickly and and still no pressure on us to decide. The 2 chaps who done the installation done the job with a smile and were very clean and tidy on site and when it was going to be noisy let us know so we vacate if we wanted. They were happy to answer any questions I had and did a very smooth and professional job. I have nothing negative to say and would be happy to recommend them.
