Great experience with OHM Energy. We had Marley Solar panels installed by our brilliant roofer (first time he’d done it) but needed a solar company to complete the inverter install (and help us choose one) plus give us some advice on future battery installation. My experience on Bark and google was a lot of slightly flaky companies in this expanding area but OHM Energy were super professional and reassuring from the start. I spotted the MD Jason was also quoted on a Sunday Times article on solar which gave some other insight into how they’re seen in the industry. They were quite happy to help even though it was a part install and came out on site as well as giving the roofer some free advice on installation. Kudos to Matt and Jason for answering my infinite questions. Looking forward to getting to the battery installation with OHM Energy when the bank balance allows.

Ohm Energy recently carried out work to remove an d replace a solar thermal panel for me. In fact they have carried out maintenance on a heat pump installation for me over the last 11 years and have always been efficient and prompt. Keith has generally been the person carrying out the works and has done a great gob looking after us. no hesitation in recommending Ohm Energy

Very capable staff, efficient and very helpful. Rob, Paddy and Henry were always polite and cleaned up after themselves during the installation of our heat source pump. Ollie was very prompt at answer question during the quotation. Definitely a good company to choose

Ohm Energy know their stuff when it comes to solar, home batteries and air-source heat pumps. They did an energy assessment of my house in Eastbourne, gave a competitive quote, talked it all through, took a deposit and then scheduled the install of 16 solar panels, a Tesla Powerwall battery and two Mitsubishi air-source heat pumps that work in cascade for hot water and central heating. They helped me to do the paperwork for the government grant of £5k (which has recently gone up to 7.5k!) to help pay for it all. I didn’t know much about the technology at first but they explained everything, and the heat pump kit in particular was more complicated than I expected (quite a few pipes and valves and a new water tank). I’ve had it all for over a year now and it’s worked incredibly well. We no longer burn any gas, and we generate a load of our own electricity too, much of which I sell back to the grid in the mid- summer months when there’s lots of sun and we don’t have the heating on. I still buy from the grid in winter, but the battery allows me to buy at night when electricity is cheapest. One of the heat pumps broke down once, and the OHM service team were out quickly to fix it. Ohm have been doing this technology for over a decade and really seem to know what they are talking about, which is reassuring.

They have recently installed a air source heat pump to my house<br>Keith was fantastic. On time, polite, tidy etc .. It's very rare to get first class service these days and when it happens it should be applauded.<br>If you're planning to get air source heat pump, or just need to speak to a company to get solid advice, I cannot recommend Ohm energy enough .. 10 out of 10 guys well done

We called ohm energy when we moved into a new property just before christmas. We have a air source pump and we struggled to understand how to use it going on how the previous owner explained it to us. I spoke to Ryan and he booked us in for a rundown of the system and to also do a system inspection. The engineer Keith turned up on time and was very pleasant. The system wasn't one of ohm energy's installs but Keith was extremely helpful. There were a few things that were not quiet right with the system. Keith spent the time to rectify these even though it made him late. We now have better hot water and we really appreciate all that Keith and Ryan has done for us. Have a happy new year.

Just had an Air Source Heat Pump service by OHM that replaced our oil boiler. They have been great from start to finish, Keith was helpful and very knowledgeable in these pumps, great service would recommend OHM Energy again to anyone with these pumps

Ohm Energy have been looking after our aging heat pump installation since we bought the property in 2021. I have been pleasantly surprised to find a supplier who have been responsive and helpful - Keith has been a particular help in answering my questions, both over the current byzantine system (not their installation), and as we plan our future build works.<br><br>I must mention the recent fix following a Christmas Day failure; Keith turned up very promptly (on their first day of normal hours), rapidly diagnosed the failure, and returned at a later date (again, on time) with the correct parts, and fixed our heating.<br><br>When we do our building works, we’ll be using Ohm Energy, and it’s largely down to the service of individuals like Keith on-site and Emma in the office.

Heat pump fitted by ohm energy in November 23 to replace a lpg boiler. Survey and quote was efficient and reasonable. Adjustments to quote for radiators and other bits done easily and at a competitive price.<br>The heating engineers fitting the system were excellent. They were tidy, polite and well organised. Cannot fault their time in our house.<br>We were left with a warm house and plenty of hot water.<br>Excellent company to deal with from start to finish.

Turned up on time, and go the job done.<br>They installed my system about 10 years ago, and have maintained it superbly well in all that time.<br>We had a rare breakdown recently, they got part of the system going, offered us a temporary solution, and came back and fixed it as soon as the parts were in. Well done - couldn't ask for more.

OHM were very efficient in installing our system back in 2015. We had an issue with a panel and the Chinese supplier was not helpful in not honouring the warranty. We did however eventually get it sorted and OHM kindly offered money towards the purchase of a new panel as goodwill. Thank you for finally allowing this to be resolved amicably.
