Muma Nurture – Emotional Support Through Fertility and Loss

Muma Nurture is a charity supporting people across the UK who are affected by infertility, miscarriage, perinatal loss and related challenges. Founded in Eastbourne, its services are open to anyone in need—regardless of financial circumstances, relationship status or location.

The organisation offers counselling, fertility education and therapeutic support with a flexible donation-based model. Their mission is to ensure no one has to struggle alone due to cost, silence or stigma. Clients receive a free initial consultation and can then access ongoing support tailored to their emotional and physical wellbeing.

Core areas of support include:

  • Fertility knowledge and counselling

  • Pregnancy and baby loss support

  • IVF navigation and emotional care

  • Therapeutic group sessions and activities

  • Safe spaces for grief, reflection and recovery

Every experience is met with empathy, recognising that grief takes many forms. Whether adjusting after miscarriage, navigating IVF decisions or coping with the sense of isolation that often comes with reproductive challenges, Muma Nurture walks alongside every client with respect and understanding.

With services now available UK-wide online and in-person support returning in Eastbourne, they continue to meet people where they are. If you or someone you know is in need, their door is always open.
