Had an incredible meal at this lovely friendly, family run restaurant.
Great selection of meze and freshly baked bread followed by some superb bbq'd lamb and chicken.
Atmosphere and service both faultless.
Baklava and ice cream for dessert was delicious too, despite us thinking we were too full to eat any more.

I've had lovely meals in the past (eat in), first takeaway, which I collected. Worth paying a bit extra for this excellent food. Look forward to the restaurant opening again soon. Thank you

We thought we would treat ourselves as it has been a whiles since we had been to Meze. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing, delicious and well priced for the amount you get.

We often eat at Meze but due to lockdown have tonight had a take out... it was absolutely perfect, beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, meat was tender as always and hot. I never failed to be impressed with Meze’s food. Always consistently good ⭐️

I went to Meze last night for a meal with my partner (Wednesday 23/12) and what a wonderful place. The manager greeted us in such a warm and friendly manner it was just lovely. The staff were very attentive but not over the top and again all very friendly.
What I loved about this place is that you could see the food being made and cooked with the freshest of ingredients. The meals were just perfect (I would name them if I could remember the names - I know mine was describes as a mixed grill).We were offered desserts but were so full up from our meals and the complimentary home made Turkish bread and olives that we declined this time. We paid the bill which was I thought was very reasonable and again was seen out by the manager/owner of the restaurant. Once again he was really lovely.
We couldn’t have asked for any more we really couldn’t. I will be back here time and time again. A lovely place with amazing food and friendly staff.

We enjoyed a very tasty dinner at Meze, which is located just out of the centre of Eastbourne. Food and service were both excellent, which helps to explain why the restaurant was busy last night - although we were all well-distanced. There were generous complimentary appetizers, and our main courses - Guvec and Et Sote - were both tasty and appealing to the eye. The servings were generous, and Meze serves Effes beer, which goes with this cuisine better than most wines. Prices were competitive. Well done.

Absolutely amazing service, we were given 2 free drinks and weren't charge for our dessert as we didnt eat most if it. The food was amazing, I am a very fussy eater but loved almost everything I tried (we ordered the special meze). Will definitely be coming here again
