An excellent restaurant. Very friendly lively atmosphere. Outstanding food and very efficient service. Highly recommend. Will eat there again next time we are in the area. Felt authentic Italian.

Visited on 10/07 with 3 friends. Slightly concerned with opting for Italian food as I cannot eat gluten. Had the tastiest meal I have had for ages. Goats cheese and fig starter, gf pasta and they even made me some fresh gf bread. Everyone else had equally good flavoursome food. The staff where friendly and very attentive. Will definitely visit again next time I am in Eastbourne.

Absolutely fantastic food and service. My wife could only manage one course but I had two ! Soup was fantastic and chicken goujon was amazing. Well priced for the quality of the food. We will definitely return on our next trip to Eastbourne. This place definitely lives up to the hype. Lovely !!!

We don't normally choose Italian for a night out, however booked at short notice and restaurant was able to accommodate us , Absolutely superb, great food and fantastic service, our Waitress was a "Breath of Fresh air" bubbly , attentive and good at her job.
The sardines starter cooked properly, fish very good quality and fresh
Monkfish main course, great flavour and fish cooked to perfectionHubby had fillet steak with Mushroom and red wine jus - his words "amazing" cooked properly and presented beautifully

Well, La Locanda Del Duca did not dissapoint..<br>From the minute you walk in, youre made to feel so welcome.<br>The food was delicious. The service was amazing, friendly and very efficient.<br>We will be back!

Had a delicious meal with a wonderful sauce and large portion. Unlike some restaurants the vegetables were included so very good value.

Eight of us went out to celebrate another season of our badminton club. We had to sit at two tables. The service was efficient and food very tasty and there was a good choice. There were no pizzas.

Eastbourne seems to be a town full of Italian restaurants but this one is absolutely lovely. We had a delicious meal - I had lasagne and my husband had liver. Really enjoyable. The service was so professional abs really friendly at the same time. Prices very reasonable for a restaurant of this calibre

Went to this restaurant last night and it was amazing. The mussels starter was really delicious in the creamy sauce and the whitebait which my partner had was also really perfect. For mains we had the fish stew and the tortellini and were delighted with both dishes. The portion sizes were very generous. Our waitress was lovely, very attentive and welcoming. Definitely a restaurant to visit when visiting Eastbourne.

We booked and arrived, very covid safe.
The service was excellent, we would like to thank Barbara for going the extra mile to make our visit outstanding.
The food is out of this world delicious, proper Italian "home" but in a restaurant cooking.
My profiteroles were hand made, no frozen ones!!
WE WILL BE GOING BACK!!
Go there yourself, YOU will not be disappointed.

Visiting Eastbourne every year for the tennis we always have dinner here. I have dined in many Italian restaurants around the UK over the years & I rate this the finest.
Tremendous atmosphere; efficient & attentive staff; clean, well set tables with tablecloths (!) ; superb wine list; food to die for, served quickly between courses.Although I usually eat a la carte, this time I ate off the 3 course set menu which had a range of choices. For £24.50 it was a steal ! For lesser appetites the 2 course menu was £21.50, another steal ! Whatever you choose you will not go hungry & the quality served up is outstanding. See you again next June !!!
