The weather was awful, absolutely filthy and rained on and off. But the staff were very jolly, helpful and very friendly. But most importantly very well trained. So I was very impressed with their professionalism.
We managed to dodge most of the rain between rides and seeing the animals. The food stands were very limited due to COVID restrictions I guess. The burger bar was very popular and so took a long time to get served. But the food was very reasonably priced and hot and tasty. I think they should extend the size of the kitchen and so speed up service and extend the covered seating area. Especially for days when the weather is very bad, as today. We hope to return another time when the weather is sunny and warm and dry. 🌞😁

Brilliant and lots of fun there is so much to do there, plenty of areas to eat and drink.

A few animals, some rides and loads of playgrounds.<br><br>It's perfectly sized to be able to wander around without kids getting too tired, and the queuing wasn't too bad either.<br><br>This probably undersells the place as it's a great venue for kids up to maybe 10-11. We had a fantastic day.

Fantastic day out even with covid restrictions. Some areas shut mainly indoor soft play but as a compromise the go karts where free. Definitely going back again (and again).

There is so much to keep the children entertained and they never tire on it. The staff have all been really friendly too which helps to keep everyone happy :)
The passes are a fantastic price so for us its a no brainer.

Even with most the attractions closed due to restrictions. This is an amazing place for all ages I have 1.5yr old twins and they had fun in the play areas, seeing the owls plus an owl show. We had a whole day walking round and the rain even at the end of the day didn't put us off liked it so much we are getting a year member pass.

Wonderful day out at Knockhatch where we were booked to feed the meercats which was a fantastic experience with the very knowledgeable James who made the visit even more fantastic
