The park is great but the wait on food is insane. The burger queue takes over an hour to get served when there's only 12-15 people in the queue. No vending machines for drinks etc. Either bring a picnic or be prepared for a long wait.

Very, very busy. Too many people allowed in despite having to book online. However, the park is well kept. Animals are well looked after and my son had a great time

Great place to spend an afternoon with younger kids. Friendly staff, smiles all round and a lovely day spent look at all the birds and animals. If you get the chance, book the meerkat experience before you visit. My kids LOVED being able to fees them and have them sit on them. Lovely time had by all

Easy day out with my 3yr old, loads of animals, great playgrounds, fun attractions (even during covid) went on a day where the weather wasn't brilliant but there was plenty to distract you. Great value aswell.

WOW what a difference I used to work 4 the family that own knockhatch as a ski instructor and rock climbing instructor the family are so true and friendly I've not been 4 a while but will b visiting soon I see so many changes at the park while looking on the Web site I can honestly say while working here 4 this family were some of the best years of my life my family were always made to feel welcome I love Steve Carol and co and wish them all the best for the future of the park and 4 the family lots of love Keith and family
