We wanted to take our children out on a day trip and found a place in Kent that we hadn't taken them before. Booked our tickets and travelled 2 hours to our destination. On arrival staff were great help with advise and a map of park, we found a quarter of the park was closed due to being winter season but that didn't bother us .there was so much to do from petting animals/shows to rides, adventure playgrounds inside and out. Jumping pillows to go karts. Park was clean and tidy, facilties were good, plenty of staff to help people , help kids on rides etc, food option in canteens was OK, coffee, tea, pizza, hotdogs jacket potato's etc Kids really enjoyed it even though it was winter season and can't wait to go back in summer when the whole park is fully functional. 5*

Great park - lots of animals and although we went out of season and most of the rides were closed, there was still enough for our 4 year old to do. Cafe/kids climbing area was noisy but again, great fun for the kids. Food was lovely and really good value. We went after 3pm which was half price entrance.

Such good value for money. There is so much to see and do that all age children are happy. There is ample inside playareas to keep the children occupied during wet weather. Quite a bit is included in the ticket price with only a few optional extras to do for money. The children loved the dino land playarea along with the dino simulator.

Love this place all my kids love it too. Good value loads to do both inside and out. Always better when it’s warm as more is open outside but still great fun. If you're local annual membership is well worth it.

It’s the best soft play and outdoor play areas around and always clean. It’s so good to see them reinvesting in the park too so know the annual membership is a great investment for any family!

Love the options available so much to see and do. Everything is safe for toddler to run around independently. You have oat milk for this dairy free mum to have a cuppa!

We’ve been twice and love it there. Perfect for young children! Prices are low, some attractions are closed for the winter but all is explained on their website upon booking so no disappointment. Indoors and outdoors activities are great, clean and fun! Plenty of staff super helpful too.

I haven't been to Knockhatch since it opened many year's ago. What a transformation. There is such a lot to do. The indoor play was very popular with a nice lot of seating for refreshments. There's a Costa and takeaway food option.
We walked around the park to see the animals. I fell in love with the giant rabbits, they are huge. Also reindeers, ponies, donkeys, pigs and more.
The ride on merry-go-rounds were a fabulous addition and included in the entry fee which is great. Giant trampolines seemed a hit for all age's, noticed a few parents having a go.
So much to see and do even on a winters day.
We even managed to see Santa, definitely need to get your ticket number on arrival as extremely popular. He was full of chat, we weren't rushed and the little one's all received retro gifts which were age appropriate.
Fabulous time had by all from age 1 to 50 plus!!
