Knockhatch is an absolute gem of a place, there's so much to do here and we love to visit as much as we can. So much so that we ended up buying an annual pass. Obviously we now visit even more often and even during off peak season, there's plenty to do. When it gets to the warmer months they open up the whole park so you're really spoilt for choice.

It's great value for money when you see all there is to do and see. The team there are always friendly and helpful and Knockhatch seems to always be developing and expanding areas of the park. There are trampolines, go karts, water slides, jumping pillows... all sorts. You'll find all kinds of animals too, Meerkats, Wallaby's, (giant) rabbits, Kookaburras, guinea pigs, farm animals, deer, birds of prey (not all year) and so many others. They have a great soft play area and a food hall with a great choice of grub for a pit stop.

Today we took our daughter for an Animal Keeper Experience and it was absolutely brilliant. A special shout out goes to Maia who was our guide, taking our daughter to feed and pet a wide range of animals within their enclosures (that makes it sound like they're cooped up but the animals all seem to have a great space to roam). Maia was so fun and friendly, and she REALLY knew her stuff about not only every animal at Knockhatch but all animals in general it seemed! We'd highly recommend the Animal Keeper Experience and will be looking to try the Meerkat Experience next time.

There are more exciting new areas opening this year apparently too. We'll be back soon and if you haven't been yet, you'll no doubt have a great time 😊

This place is a fantastic find. Really fun place to visit with children. Food at the hungry toad cafe was good. There are cute animals, birds, slides, rides and games.

Always a good day out. Some things are closed depending on the time of year, so best to check in advance.

Absolutely brilliant day at Knockhatch yesterday. It wasn't too busy. Our first visit and it was great for the kids. Lots to keep them entertained. The slides were the biggest hit. I'd imagine on busy days the queues for the slides would be quite long. The mini golf was the only thing that was a pain. Having to queue to hire the clubs and then queue to return them took longer than it should have, it should be a separate section as you have to queue with people who want food or drink. We waited about 30 minutes to hire then 30 minutes to return them and get our deposit back. Would definately return again. The restaurant could do with a better menu really but it serves its purpose. All round it was a great day out.

Still love this place for a day out. Even in the quiet season, with some attractions closed. The team are amazing and so helpful. The park is clean. Plus it's just so affordable!, compared to other local attractions.
Thanks knockhatch my daughter loves it

Went there for first time on a weekend in March. In my opinion, great for slightly older kids aged around 5+. Easy to navigate around and quite compact.

Unfortunately was let down by the activities available for my 2 year old. My little one just turned 2 which meant I had to pay full entrance fee. She didn't meet the height limits for any of the small rides being under 0.85 meters. Even the outoor bouncing pillow for those under 1 meter had older kids using it. As for the soft play, the area for her age consisted of a tiny section which is not monitored and older kids are constantly jumping in and out.

One recommendation to Knockhatch is to charge from 3+ when kids are actually able to go on the rides. Alternatively there should be a discount rate for those aged 2-3 years. Also didn't make sense to charge adults, kids and toddlers the same price, especially since adults are mainly there to supervise their children. I tried to go down the blue slide with the mat holding my little one but was told your not allowed to accompany them. Meant she couldn't use it.

It was raining when I went there which meant the outdoor activities couldn't be enjoyed. It also meant Froggies soft play was heaving with people. 20 minutes to try and get a table to sit down. There should be a member of staff facilitating table sitting. Due to rain there was also mud in between the tables and soft play from people walking in an out. This is a farm and yet people walk in with muddle shoes where kids are running around with socks on the soft play and are then eating food sold by the restaurant. Didn't see a single person clean the floors whilst there. It makes no sense having to walk past the entrance to the soft play to buy food and then return to your table. Perhap a policy of no shoes would be best or have a designated walk through area for those looking to buy food that avoids cutting across the entrance to the soft play.

The lost word play barn is well designed but unfortunately has limited benches for seating, not that my little one could use the big slides. I would say they are more appropriate for ages 6+.

On the plus side, staff were polite and price point is good for the kids that are old enough to make good use of the activities.

Unlikely to return anytime soon but may consider it again when my little ones are a bit bigger

Friendly staff, especially liked chatting to the keepers about the animals as they seemed knowledgeable and caring. There's so much to do that I don't think my daughter will ever get bored while we make use of our annual passes, especially when more of the attractions open.

Can get very busy now people know where it is. So plan ahead on busy school holiday days. We always have amazing fun here it’s just a shame some of the attraction is always closed. If you can get into the dragon castle it’s brilliant. Every part of this place is great to visit.

We wanted to take our children out on a day trip and found a place in Kent that we hadn't taken them before. Booked our tickets and travelled 2 hours to our destination. On arrival staff were great help with advise and a map of park, we found a quarter of the park was closed due to being winter season but that didn't bother us .there was so much to do from petting animals/shows to rides, adventure playgrounds inside and out. Jumping pillows to go karts. Park was clean and tidy, facilties were good, plenty of staff to help people , help kids on rides etc, food option in canteens was OK, coffee, tea, pizza, hotdogs jacket potato's etc Kids really enjoyed it even though it was winter season and can't wait to go back in summer when the whole park is fully functional. 5*
