We used this firm for the first time for our drop off and collection from Gatwick! I cannot fault them. We were a group of six (four adults and two children) on our return I needed to take my daughter to A&E and the lovely chap kindly dropped us off! Thank you so much for that. X

Great service, for both journeys to and from Heathrow! The driver contacted us in advance to let us know meeting point and collection time for our outbound journey, and tracked our flight upon landing. Very professional and will use them again!

We have used jts many times over the years and never been let down. They rescued us the other day when we were left stranded at Heathrow when the car booked through the cruise company turned up with too smaller car to take luggage. Brilliant company, don't bother with anyone else.

We have used JTS many times for both Gatwick and Heathrow journeys. We have been lucky enough to have the boss drive us a few times and she is the best, but all of the drivers we have had are totally professional and drive to a good standard.<br><br>Communication is brilliant and they keep a constant watch on your flight to make sure someone is there to pick you up. (As evidenced on our last flight back from Dublin which was delayed for over three hours)<br><br>We have no hesitation in recommending JTS for any long journey.

Tanya and her team always give a great service, we wouldn't use anyone else. We have been using them since we moved to Eastbourne 5 years ago and their service is consistent. This weekend our flight was delayed by 4 hours and Tanya communicated with us and let us know where to meet her before our flight took off which certainly put us at ease .. Absolutely amazing! The most reliable travel taxi company I have ever used. Have used them for the last 6 or more years. Very communicative....just tell them when you need to be there ....they do the rest. Holiday starts from closing the front door!

Iāve used JTS so many times now, and every time itās a great experience. Recently we were picked up by a very cheerful Tanya at 2.30 am and driven to Heathrow very smoothly. Our return a week later was a bit of a nightmare due to M25 closures, but our driver Mike went above and beyond and got us home safely through several diversions and road closures. For both these trips, I was incredibly grateful to have a professional driver doing the hard work, Iām not sure I could have managed it myself without a lot of stress. Thank you JTS, weāll see you again next time. Worth every penny and very highly recommended.
