I let my property through G & S for approx 5 years and never had to worry, I always had tenant in the property and Zita always seemed to know the right person to place in the property through her years of experience. I have just recently sold the property also with G & S and that's when Dan took over, he always kept me informed of what was going on and found the right buyer very quickly. I can only say that I would recommend this company to both landlords/tenants and house buyers/ sellers, they are friendly, professional and always gave good advise
