Took out a tenancy 4 years ago with Ginger & Sanders in Eastbourne. Back then (when fees applied) the fees were average for the area, Zita Ginger was lovely to deal with and got us set up very quickly and in a friendly efficient manner. Since then all our dealings were direct with the landlord, however after giving our notice to leave some weeks ago we were back in business with Zita regarding viewings for new tenants and since she has again been very nice, accomodating and quick to return calls etc. Keys handed back to the landlord yesterday and Zita called today to say we had achieved a full deposit return and provided us with the DPS claim code.<br><br>I have found Ginger & Sanders to be a very good lettings agent and would recommend prospective tenants to use them.<br><br>Very good experience all round, thanks G&S!

If there is a problem, it gets resolved quickly. They understand that the property you rent from them is your home and are in tune with their client’s needs.
I have to say that my landlord Patrick has been the best landlord ever. I feel that I’ve just been allowed to live my life without worrying about any complications and have felt very much that my house is my home.
