Calm, clear and thoroughly professional
For a family matter, Jessie Hansford acted for me, handling the matter with calmness and clarity. When meeting me in person, she listened carefully to what I wanted and respected my instructions. She explained every step in plain terms. Her fees were appropriate and clearly outlined. She took real care to ensure her work would protect me as client in the long term. Lilly and Thomas were equally professional and responsive throughout. I knew I was in good hands from our first meeting and would be very happy to recommend Jessie.

Excellent support through a complex property transaction
Jonathan was absolutely excellent throughout what was a fairly complex and demanding property transaction. He was consistently responsive, calm, practical and clear in his advice, and I always felt that he had a firm grip on every detail. That made a real difference during a transaction that was anything but straightforward.
I’m very grateful for all his help and would recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent Service despite logwided conveyancing
Despite a hugely protracted period between acceptance of an offer on our property and completion, Sarah always responded and acted very promptly and in a most professional and reassuring manner throughout. The delay was none of Gaby Hardwicke's making, and down to a very lax solicitor down the chain.
