I ordered a special gift, which was to be delivered through APC and although there were a couple of hiccups ( one being my own fault) the gift was delivered quickly and as soon as possible following a few phone calls. Calls were answered really quickly and dealt wirh promptly. Excellent customer service, lovely caring people. Gemma in particular was super!...and not forgetting Amber. Thank you to both of you and to Gemma for truely going above and beyond. That really made all the difference.

Really great customer service! It's a shame you don't get told a timeslot until the day of delivery as I don't always work from home and can't plan around that without advance warning, but the team was friendly and helpful when I asked to rearranged and I could easily select a day that worked for me.

I like working with companies where there are people on hand and available to help when necessary, this branch of APC (First 4 Logistics) are just that. Very helpful staff and no long call wait times etc. Good, reliable service - I trust them with the parcels we sent out to our customers.

APC are by far the best delivery i have worked with! Their customer service team are friendly and helpful and so efficient at solving any queries.<br>Managing an aesthetics business, our products come in ice contained packaging and we have never had issues with this being delayed or not when we expected! Just to say that Amber from First 4 Logistics, could not have been more helpful. Through an oversight on my part, the delivery could not be signed for, and Amber tried to get this sorted, but the sender company insisted. It was a great relief, whilst being abroad, that she organised a later delivery date that did work for us. Very grateful and happy with First 4 Logistics. This is how customer services should be, perfect! Thank you.

The customer service member who dealt with me was Gemma Lawrence.. She went above and beyond to help an get a redilevery sorted for me as the seller sent it to wrong address. She was polite. Courteous and friendly.

Would like to say I had a text saying parcel was being delivered but I was at work 30 miles from home so unable to get home.<br>A card was left.<br>Phoned and spoke to Jason and said normally parcels are left in safe location at the house ( first time APC have tried to deliver to me ) but arranged to collect from their depot in a few days. 45 miles round trip to do so but hey.<br>Today when I arrived home parcel was sitting in the correct location.<br>What outstanding customer service!!!!<br>Thanks guys

Excellent customer service from this company. Following an issue with the delivery of a parcel, I rang the Newhaven depot and spoke to an extremely helpful and polite lady, Gemma. Gemma went out of her way to try to get my parcel delivered in the evening by asking if any of the drivers would deliver it on their way home. Craig came to the rescue. Gemma phoned me to tell me what was happening, then Craig phoned me to advise when he was leaving the depot and would be delivering my parcel. Gemma and Craig were just brilliant and certainly went above and beyond. My sincere thanks to them both.

True test of a company is when it goes wrong!<br>Your driver was unlucky Seller fouled up with address!<br>He called by explained where he had delivered it it has been recovered.<br>Also UNLIKE virtually any other courier service I deal with your people are accessible and do respond do WELL done.<br>Thanks<br>Simon FURSE

Having had my fair share of issues with delivery companies, APC Brighton were a refreshing change. If you call you get straight though to a person who can help. Gemma was particularly helpful and made sure an urgent delivery was completed on time. Great communication and customer service, real credit to the company.

I called APC as I missed my delivery. I was a bit stressed as it was medication - Gemma Lawrence at APC was just wonderful. She helped re-arrange my parcel to be re-delivered the following day. She was so professional, polite and kind - nothing was too much trouble. Well done Gemma, you completely took my stress away, thank you.

I had an issue with a delivery of two items that somehow ended up on 2 different vans....one star off for the delivery complications but I would give Gemma at APC FIVE stars as she was very friendly and helpful and did as much as she could to sort out the logistical issues that kept arising! Thank you Gemma :)
