Delivery was attempted whilst I was out. Called and explained it was urgent, Jason said he'd tried to get the driver to re-deliver or if not put it on a Saturday AM. Very impressed with the service, professionalism and promptness. Jason was very friendly and helpful.

I went to Newheaven branch on Friday at 5:57 pm and they close at 6 pm without appointment which I should have made. I was served by Jason and despite all odds he located my package and helped me to collect. Jason is a fantastic lad, great sense of humour, it was fun to be around him and he sorted me out on Friday evening without the required booking, absolute STAR!!! Won't ever forget that APC has awesome people working for them.

Missed my first delivery as I wasn't home, then missed the second delivery the following day, too. Thought I was going to have to go to the Newhaven depot to collect the following day, but the amazing driver came back past to check I was in after his day had finished, and luckily I was out by car to get my package.<br><br>Really want to say thank you to the driver (didn't catch his name) for this unscheduled third drop. It was really appreciated.

My package had an incorrect address when it was dispatched and Megan and Ian were so helpful in working with me to get the address changed and re-delivered. They kept me up to date and were always in easy reach of contact and the personal approach was really valued. As things happened, the item arrived damaged (not due to APC) as 2 other replacement items were also damaged so the fault was with the vendor. In spite of this, Megan made sure the item got to me swiftly and she personally oversaw the item delivery. Thank you so much Megan and also Ian. Lovely to 'meet' you!

Having had an ebay item not correctly input when sending. APC's Newhaven Depot really went the extra mile to address this. Ian, who dealt with my queries several times, is an asset to this company. He went above and beyond, to make sure I received my parcel as quickly as pissibky. Cannot thank him enough.<br><br>Top quality customer service. Quick communication, and answer their phone lines and deal with customer queries better than most other companies!

These guys are the best. Service is fantastic and the price is good too. I wouldn't risk my business with any other provider. I use them for a full UK service and they never let or my clients down. Their communication is also fantastic.

Very impressed with the service from APC, some how through no fault of our own, ours daughters birthday present was delivered to the wrong address,<br>Within the space of a few hours the driver had gone and received our parcel and delivered it to us...<br>One very happy birthday girl and one very relived mother 😁<br><br>Would highly recommend APC<br>The guys in customer services were so friendly and reassuring<br>Great service!!<br>And will definitely be using them again.
