OMG!!! Probably NO!!! The best chips I've had in years...beautiful brown fluffy and crispy.<br>The poor bloke was on his own with a massive que but just got on with it....Total Respect!!

We had a fish and chip lunch on a sunny Monday in February at Drop in the Ocean on the pier.
Friendly staff, comfortable and clean seating, very tasty food and plenty of condiments.
There was an offer on the food - two main meals for £16 which was very good value. We had three lots of freshly battered fish and one ham, egg and chips. The food was excellent. We all had a drink from the bar too.
Old fashioned but very clean toilets.
Recommended when in Eastbourne.

I think Eastbourne is one of the most beautiful places in the world. People would have you believe it's all the old who live here, that's rubbish. It's got a good mix of ages with plenty to do for all. Plus the train station, our new shops, and the sea are all within a five minute walk. There are good restaurants and bars, plus wonderful views. Oh yes and we get some off the best weather in the country too. Hence it's name The sunshine coast.
