We enjoyed a stroll on the pier, but were puzzled by the odd use of gold colouring all around so unauthentic British for this classy land mark. The nice tea house was a pleasure to visit.

I loved this place. The music they were playing at the pier. I also had an afternoon tea at the Victorian tea room and it was very nice, the staff very friendly

Used to work in seaside road, many years ago, and although the pier is different now, it's still enjoyable to walk on . Plenty of eating and ice-cream venues, and loads of seating. Also plenty at the end for children and parents alike and some interesting small shops to browse.

Lovely clean and well maintained open space, with the usual attractions, great views and plenty of seating available, keep an eye out for the seagulls !

A little bit sad, not alot going on - few small arcades which were pretty poor, shops were closed and the food on front of pier was over priced and didn't look that great.
