This historic pier is free to go on and has the usual gift shops and snack stalls.
Halfway down are the victorian tea rooms which are very popular and always seem busy and a bar/nightclub at the top with an arcade next door. The arcade is a fair size and has enough to keep you entertained for a while.

Not liking the gold and lack of amusements. I remember the pier being brilliant! At least it's still here I suppose!

Walked along the pier and enjoyed coffee in the Victorian Tea room. Quaintly decorated and reasonably priced, tea cakes delicious

The expected arcades and gift shops, nice way to spend an hour. There are also cafes and a fish and chips restaurant although we didn't use them.

It would have been a shame if the Pier was demolished after the fire a few years ago. Thankfully it is fully renovated and they put many picnic desks on it - take your lunch on a sunny day and enjoy!
