Took a hedgehog there today, found it trapped in an open drain in my neighbours garden. Staff were friendly and compassionate. Hopefully, the hedgehog will be well enough to come back to its familiar surroundings tomorrow πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™‚

An excellent charity that takes in and cares for sick and injured wildlife. Very attentive and helpful. Would strongly recommend using them if you find such a casualty but do phone them first.

Wow what a great team, I had been monitoring a lone badger cub who looked to be getting colder and more distressed during the day. No sign of mum, called the team at WRAS they gave me great advice and support, then came to collect the little one. Fingers crossed for a good outcome for him. WRAS were fantastic from the start & helped me to do the right thing for the cub. Thanks all x

I almost never review services, but WRAS was so great that I felt I compelled to. WRAS attended to an injured baby pigeon at my home at the end of July 2020. I can’t believe how quickly this was dealt with (within half an hour of my making the call) and the care that the team showed.

It feels to me that others could learn a lot from the way WRAS provides its service.

Thank you for getting the fledgling Jackdaw out from behind the bedroom chimney breast. His Mum was cheeping for him. It was awful. I cannot say how relieved I feel.

Thankyou to the two lovely ladies who came to rescue a pigeon this evening that I managed to catch and bring it inside, the pigeon was next to a very busy road just on the grass by the curb. They arrived within 30 minutes to the call at 6.30pm tonight. Quickly they looked at the pigeon told me its canker, that hopefully it would recover with treatment. Also they told me to call in 1 week to hear the outcome.

Amazing people you all are, very inspiring πŸ‘πŸ‘

WELLDONE!!!!
