I was positively surprised at what Drusillas had to do and see during our visit today.

We were on a trip to East Sussex for a 5 day break. We wanted something to do with our 3 year old on the last day and decided on Drussilas Park.
I'm amazed at how good it actually was (I had my doubts going into it).
The zoo area is brilliant. Different to most zoos I've visited. They had many different species that you don't often find. The route markings are a great touch so you know you've visited all aspects of the zoo.
The theme park area, despite being for the younger children was really good. The rides were perfect for my daughter and she loved every minute of it.
If we ever find ourselves down that neck of the woods again, it'll definitely be on out to do list.

Even though it was raining it was still very good. Plenty for all to see and do.<br>Only downside it was a bit pricey food wise otherwise I would have been happy to give a 5 star rating

Brilliant place for the kids, always so much to do and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Only downside is the cost; were we not members we could not afford to go.

Lovely family friendly day out. Our one year old loved it and the kids play park is fantastic for wearing the little ones out.<br><br>The only downside is that the cafe could be improved - not many vegetarian or vegan options and very basic food on offer.

Really excellent variety of animals. Well laid out. Plenty of activities for children. Went with 18 month old who had plenty to occupy her. Excellent food. Freshly cooked with variations for gluten free. Definitely recommend.

Our main reason for visiting was for our "Meet the Red Panda" experience...which was awesome. It was so great to get up close with these gorgeous animals. We got to hand feed them and help the keeper change their bamboo etc. The keeper was very friendly and knowledgeable. After, we went round the rest of the zoo and found it to be very clean and the animals are very well looked after and cared for. There is a big area for kids to play in, but that didn't interest us!
They do offer a lot of other "experiences"...i wouldn't hesitate to participate in some of the others on offer.
I would highly recommend a visit.

I’ve been At this Park with the children from my Church,around 70 children,they had a wonderfull time for a day.We checked the zoo in the morning,the children tried the challenges there,we had lunch,and then they had fun the whole day on all the excitement things they have there.The children loved it and they Said they had the best day.
