You can so tell every animal is spoilt and so well looked after. The staff are fab and the place is spotless.
A great couple of hours out.
I would give 5* but it lost a star on price, it's an expensive family outing. But then you can see where your money is going.

We did the zoo keeper for a day experience. My 10 year old daughter loved it, nearly as much as me 😄. Best thing we have done in years x

First time the family have been. Really good ability to view all the animals. My son had a animal experience with the giant ant eaters and loved it. Super day out.

Amazing zoo and experience. We went to do the sloth keeper experience which was absolutely brilliant and our guide, Helena, also helped make it a special and informative encounter.

The zoo itself is very clean and spacious. The animals are clearly very well looked after and the staff all knowledgeable and friendly. We visited on a weekday in winter so ate in the Outpost Cafe. Prices were very reasonable for food and the portion of the jacket potato was generous!

There is so much to see at the zoo and lots of activites for kids. Although we don't have kids it was still a very good day out!

Went there to see santa he was happy felt sorry for the poor husky getting bashed on the head by the kids. The place is getting run down all the food halls are filthy and you would get better food in prison £35 for four meals with no drinks

Very interactive experience with a thought out route to maximise the learning experience. The equipment and activities are also in very good condition. We loved the father Christmas experience where we got a decent a toy and the santa is very good. You are still behind a screen and can't sit on his lap but that's covid for you. They only have small exotic animals so no lions, gorillas, tigers, zebras etc.

The only grip I had was the sensory room called spark. Had to pay £2 each to enter and it's not particularly big and was absolutely rammed with people. Pure Covid Fest. I left after 10 minutes.

Superb zoo. Huge variety of animals. Staff seem to be genuinely interested in the animals they care for and evidently care about the animals, which is evident as the animals seem healthy and well cared for. Some of the enclosures seem slightly on the small side, but many, such as the monkey enclosures have a large tube linking the enclosures on each side of the walkway, so they can actually go through the tunnel and access more space. It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere, so it was surprising how big it was. Can't really say anything bad about the place. Also, I adopted a sloth for my partner - Gordon the two toed sloth. A keeper was able to point out which sloth he was. Also, the small rides are free, which is nice as most places charge extra. Only small critique is that it was hard to find a keeper to ask questions in some areas of the park, albeit reception worker hard to get someone to come to us.
