Lovely day out, although we went in March so should imagine it's packed in the summer. Beautifully maintained and the animals are well cared for.

Fantastic Zoo which seems much more focused on the visitors than other zoos, great enclosures and the animals seem well cared for, but the way in which visitors can view the animals seems thought through.

Thomas tank engine has gone but that's no great shame, same train now has a jungle theme

My daughter loved HelloKitty land as well as Thomas Tank Engine! - definently going back there in 2015

Update 2025 many things have changed, but still amazing for younger kids

Update 2 renewed annual pass and upgraded to gold...

Update. A mixed day of fun. The animals were great, a good range of games and activities. But the pricing is wild. £2.50 for a can of coke. 4.50 for a small box of chips. £3.10 for a cornetto. It's already a high price just to get in but then to have pay to do parts like the spark room. £3 per child and £3 per adult to enter a small room with a slide and interactive walls. Almost unbelievable to be charged £3 for myself when I'm there just to supervise my kids. Unless of course you don't want me to supervise. - (the kids couldn't enter without me.) Then they have a arcade room which is free to play. Such a mixed experience.

In response to Drusillas comments. I'm very aware of inflation. Your prices are well above inflation and above being reasonable.
Who are the customers who tell you they are reasonable.

Charging a parent to be able to enter a room to babysit their child is crazy. There's no way of suger coating it. Maybe drop the charge for the parents.

But yeah like I said the animals parts were great. Family had a good time. Just some bits that stop the enjoyment

Fabulous little zoo with a great variety of Animals.
The cafe prices were also quite reasonable and the service was quick I had a hot chocolate and a big slab of rocky road cake which was around £5 and it was really nice.
The zoo was busy but didn’t stop me from seeing everything.
All the animals were out and enjoying the sunshine ☀️ there was a little train for the kids which went around the zoo and there’s a huge climbing/play park for them too, the views of the outside area if you stand on the bridge by the monkey enclosure were stunning the hills were covered in Snow.
Well worth a visit I managed to get some money off my entrance fee too as I found an online voucher so payed around £16 to get in.
Nice place to go lots to see and the Lorikeets were one of my favourites 🦜

Went at the weekend in March. Wasn't too busy and hardly any queues for the rides. We had the best time.

We've had a lovely day out at Drusillas today, the sun was shining and all of the animals were out enjoying it too .My 3 year old grandson went on most of the rides, and thouroughly enjoyed watching the animals, especially the otters swimming and the Gophers/prarie dogs.
We had fresh doughnuts at a good price ! A good day out !

A lovely day out with plenty to do, great facilities and the food was good quality. The only issue I had was the ticket prices, charging the same amount for anyone over 2 is ridiculous tbh, at a place like this I don't think adults should be paying so much but the kids had a fantastic day

We visited the Zoo rather than the amusement park which is very focussed on young children. Tickets were quite expensive and zoo was good but not as extensive as a full sized zoo, albeit ticket price wasn't lower

Wonderful selection of small animals, that you can see up close. Well kept and very clean. Great park and rides. Cafe was OK, small selection of food which was a bit pricey.

Absolutely loved this place obviously sometimes some areas were extremely busy but that's expected when you go on a school holiday Friday wished I had longer there I really recommend a visit 😀

Good animals with improved enclosure but, dear god, the service is slow. Waited over 40 minutes to get two portions of chips and 2 cokes.

Good for the kids, plenty to keep them entertained. Went in half term, busy but wasn't a problem.

It's expensive . £38 per person . Charges aged 2 and above. However we booked on line and got it for £30. Plus 1 child for £1 when an adult is paying entrance .
Meals £10 jacket potatoe. Food and drink expensive and not to our liking. It was very cold and despite the weather a fair few people were at the Venue. Zoo was good. Rides adequate but don't expect
Chesington or Legoland.
2 year old grandkids loved it.
Parking was onsite and not too far away. Toilets before the entrance and inside. Only 2 cafes within the complex not far from each other.
Over all it is a full day out.

Brilliant mini zoo. Strong focus on conservation and ethical zoo practices. Loads of play areas indoor and out for kids. Great food options, self service, indoor and out.
The walk-through areas are amazing for getting up close with the animals. Open all year walk-through: sloths and bats. Open all year weekends but not winter weekdays: ring-tailed and black lemurs, plus lorikeet feeding.
