Visited for the first time and had an absolutely amazing time! Let me start by saying we do loads of days out, experiences and have visited multiple countries and this is one of the best days out we've had! The choice of animals was amazing, really get a chance to observe them up close (we loved feeding the birds). My boys don't usually care for outdoor play areas as they've got older (9 & 10 years old) but they were entertained for hours, the rides were great and I personally loved that none of them were scary, perfect level of enjoyment. The splash are was really good when it was working we sadly didn't get to use it for long due to "technical issues" we waited hours but it was never turned back on. Would be nice to have include more healthy food options, the food was OK but I personally wouldn't mind paying a bit more for options other than fast food and sandwiches. Overall an amazing family day we arrived at opening and left at closing time, it would be good to offer a return next day half price like some other attractions offer as we would definitely book a hotel and come twice if there was an offer... Maybe something to consider in the future? We will be returning in a few weeks as we loved it so much!

Lovely day, all one could wish for in an entertaining day for ones children.
One negative was a very.stressed pangolin,
with very small enclosure and constant walking backwards and forwards. No stimulation, no space really upsetting to witness. Really does need work to improve this animals life immediately.

Super small zoo. Quite expensive unless you book ahead and/or get discount through offers. Very busy and crowded though.

Drusillas is good and practical because you don't get lost around. There are various activities but need investment and some changes. Needs more places to eat, more shops for kids, and more animals. Needs places for kids to get changed when using the paddling pool because toilets are not practical and clean. Prices for bouncy inflatable were a little bit expensive £5 just for one. A reasonable price for families is £2.50 max £3. The outdoor - indoor playground is good. Not was crazy busy, not big queue to wait for your next rides.

Great place, people are lovely and lots for kids to do and see, lots of places to eat and plenty of toilets dotted around which is great when you have little ones, will definitely be going again

Excellent for families, with lots of smaller animals, low viewing thresholds for little kids, and large play area. All rides are included.

A fantastic park to take the kids, we visited over a weekend in March and the park was not busy at all meaning we could get onto every ride multiple times. The only downside was having to pay for tokens for the climbing wall, inflatable slide and panning for gold. All in all a great day out for the family. Need to buy tickets before you go as a massive saving.

Brilliant day out. 4 stars because I think charging for the sensory room is a bit unfair after paying a lot to get into the park.

Brilliant day out. Hadn’t been here since I was a child but brought my daughter here for her 2nd birthday and so glad we did. Plus on a Monday had the place almost to our self which was an extra touch!

Love it! So good for kids of all ages. The annual membership is excellent value and means we can visit for just 1-2hrs at a time.

Brilliant day out in the Spring sunshine. Easy viewing of the animals and plenty of space in the play areas.
My only gripe is the hot food available in the cafe - could do with some salad items and pasta as an alternative to chips. Otherwise reasonable value.

A great day out for the kids!! Children absolutely loved the interactive areas of the zoo, the play park and the rides.
Some animal enclosures felt quite small for the animals.
