Well kept, clean and tidy, lots of stuff for kids to do. Most animals seemed relatively happy apart from the macaw monkeys who were angry and unhappy at have people near their enclosure.

I have lived in Hastings for 22 years. And always drove past the Zoo...so when a close friend offered to go to the zoo with her son I jumped at the chance ...Ok it was raining slightly but what a good trip ....We went on the train 🚂 and also the cars and we had a fantastic time and can't wait to go again ....The 🦩 flamingo were my favourite and I adore them but all in all the staff we very polite and happy and gave the impression that they wanted to be there and look after the animals ... Fantastic Day was had and we will be back to enjoy the full experience as some the things were closed because the 🌧️ rain Lovey place to spend a whole day just watching the animals keep up the good work xx.Leigh Bridges HASTINGS

Three generations in our visit. Lots of memories revisited and excited anticipation from the youngest generation. Drusillas has still got it!

We’ve just got back from Drusillas and we already can’t wait to go back! My monkey obsessed son was absolutely in his element! You can get so close up to SO many animals, it’s amazing!
All the staff we encountered were friendly and smiling, and the food was reasonably priced for a zoo. Also, I want to mention the cleanliness off the place. Every toilet we went into was spotless, with freshly mopped floors, and we didn’t see one piece of litter anywhere, the whole place is immaculately clean!
Thank you Drusillas for a wonderful day out!

You do have to take a deep breath when you pay for these tickets, we were a group of 5 adults and year old child, under twos are free, I bought them ahead as you get 20% off on line, and at these prices it's a no brainer... However that having been said I have known Drusillas from the eighties, when I took the same adults there as kids, and cranky their reaction is the same! Thoroughly enjoyed the day, as all the rides are free, the arcade with virtual and computer games was great, trip down memory lane, and who doesn't like a riddle range. Or kill the pop up rat game?
My 35 year old went down Shutes and plated like a big kid, there were not many people there, bliss! We could meander round several times, there are only 3 penguins now though... There are interesting animals there, had never been up close to an anteater before, what a lovely creature, birds were closed for too bits flu, and the hippo us closed due to tech probs, but we had five hours never bored, tea and coffee were reasonable, and the lovely lady in the restaurant let us eat our picnic inside, as baby is so young, and that was really appreciated though there is a very nice large picnic area outside, all in all, a great family day out, a membership would make a great present for anyone with kids.
I do think they could do group or family tickets though, the only concession is for group of fifteen! Aimed at clubs and schools presumably, but I know it would be too much of a financial stretch for most families now.

Had been bought a beaver and capybara feeding experience as a Christmas present for here. This is the 2nd, hands on, animal feeding experience I've had and they are a brilliant gift for any animal lover. Really good day and would highly recommend. Drusillas is a great place for a family day out.

What an absolutely fantastic day out! If you haven't been yet, Go. The animals alone are stupendously cute and amazing. The food in the Oasis cafe was tops. All 4 kids loved it.... Almost as much as me.

Lovely park, my son loves it. You pay what you get as it has a lot of things to do:animals, rides, softplay, playground. I suggest to go in summer if you want to really enjoy it.

Expensive tickets but it does fill your entire day and there isn't any need to spend any more whilst there if you take a packed lunch
Worth it we think

Great for wheelchairs!! We absolutely loved the fact they have a wheelchair accessible part on the carousel...meant all 4 of us could ride together for the first time in many years ❤️

And a changing space but we didn't use that

We all had a great time at Drusilla's. We visited on the Saturday 4th Feb (normally go in the summer holidays), it was quieter so no queues and my boys (3 & 7) spent most of the time enjoy the animals and the rides are an extra bonus for us. Lots of new exclosures and updates to current areas which as nice to see. What I think Drusilla's do well is making the animals assessable for all by having lots of different viewing levels and glass screens. It meant that we would really see the animals, especially at feeding time. We're already looking forward to going back in the summer.
