Expensive to get in and some additional attraction charges once your in. Good selection of animals in the zoo

Kids enjoyed the visit to see the animals - favourites meerkats, lemur enclosure and feeding the rainbow lorikeets. Very expensive though and charging extra for slides, climbing wall is excessive

I bought this for my daughter as she is a very keen animal lover and particularly interested in conservation. She had a fabulous day. The keeper she was working with was very knowledgeable and personable. It was very well organised and covered a good mixture of animals, providing a useful insight into the reality of being a zookeeper.

I went with my 2 children - aged 6 & 9. Plenty for both of them to do though I would say it's aimed at children under 10. The zoo area is lovely though so if you like animals this is nice whatever your age!! Definitely worth a visit for Hello Kitty fans too as lovely Hello Kitty themed rides.

First off ,if you know when your going ,book in advance , family four saves £8, not a lot I know but still £8, have not been here for a couple of years , and still throughly enjoyed it , it nice that it has everything , zoo , rides , play area , water area , we went round the zoo once , and another bit of advice , go round it again a few hours later , all the animals are out more etc... love feeding the birds , only a quid for a little nectar , well worth it , on a nice sunny day I reckon with kids under 12 you could easily spend 6 hours here , so much for them to do , massive massive play areas , not sure if indoor play area you had to pay for as unfortunately we ran out of time,
We ended up eating at the explorers cafe (nearer the end) as we found it a lot more quieter as the other place to eat was near the outdoor play area , food wasn’t too bad and price was reasonable too, came to just over £25 for four of us and we all left full.
The rides here are aimed at the younger kids , my 5 year old loved them all, and my 10 year old enjoyed them too.
I was also impressed that the whole of the park was wheel chair friendly and stroller friendly ,
My favourite part of this zoo is definetly the lemurs (favourite animals) and definetly recommend going there at there feeding times.
All the staff we talked too were very nice and all the zoo keepers we talk to were very knowledgeable and didn’t seem to mind giving up 5 minutes of their time to talk to you.
Thank you for a great day drusillas

Wow wow wow!!! My Daughter and I took my granddaughters aged 5 & 2 here for the day and what a great day out. Was wonderful to have a family day out that was value for money and nothing and I mean NOTHING was a rip off the entry fee, the food outlet, even the inflatable slide you had to pay separate for was good value at 8 slides for £5. There was so much for the girls to do, water park, swings slides, rides, mazes, the animals were well looked after and there were plenty of keepers about taking care. On the website Drusillas is described as small , we didn’t think so. We thought it was a clean tidy well kept and safe young children’s park that was family affordable. Well done Drusillas we will definitely be back.

Visited Drusillas Park with my five year old during the Easter holidays after using the online booking for a 10% discount. He was quite impressed with the animals, and asked a lot about them. Favourites were the owls, bats and pets enclosures. He also loved the go wild play area, with lots of climbing and exploring.

2 negatives things though - 1. The toilets by the Amazon Adventure didn't have any soap left and 2. There's no shortcuts to the restaurants ( I think there may be one early one though) - so we were rushing the last animals so that we could get something to eat .

Expensive but quite well done with lots of animal exhibits. Well designed and specifically for children under 12.

The display pens were clean and appropriate for the animals and very interesting.
There is a mistake in the Saltwater Crocodile exhibit, which had the range of Salties all over Australia, including Tasmania, as well as NZ, which is nonsense!! It was a silly exhibit anyway, as of course they could not have live crocs there.
The play areas were great and kept our 8year old fully entertained for the rest of the day.
Facilities were very clean and well spaced around the park, as were the numerous cafes and picnic areas.

We took our Grand Children ages 10 yrs 8 yrs and 2 yrs for a day here overall we were very impressed with all parts I do however feel that it is a little expensive especially considering the age of child it is aimed at under 12. Unfortunately half way around and where the picnic area is there are some activities that are priced extra I feel this was sad as it felt a bit money grabbing and I do not think that the park needs these things especially as at least one of them was more for older teenagers. The cost of the entry for myself and my husband (who is over 60) and our three young grandchildren was £98.00, but these extra activities would have added if all three children used them something like £36.00 to the price. I would say that overall the zoo and activities were very good but not sure how young families are expected to be able to afford??

Both of my children have grown up loving Drusillas as their regular place to visit in South East.
They love visiting the animals, the shows throughout the year the great swings and ride.

It's a must for all pre school and primary aged children. I still have a tear for my boys last ride on Thomas which he is now too big for.

Great good and friendly staff
