You know when you know that you don't know what you need to know? Being a bit of a social media phobe, I needed someone to talk me through the maze of all of the platforms and give me advice about how things 'look' or are related to the public / clients etc. using social media. I needed to look no further! Mina from Ditzy Media is excellent at working her client's level. She's never patronising, always patient as well as being knowledgeable, refreshingly honest and you never feel rushed. I've learned a lot, all of which is going to be put in place when I set up my new social media strategy over the next few weeks. Thanks Mina for giving me the tools and confidence to do this.

Mina is friendly and uses simple language to get all relevant points across. For complete novices we left Mina feeling like semi experts and her teaching has enabled us to run our social media accounts with no problems. Mina has also answered all our questions and done extra little bits on our social media even after her work for us was finished.

Creating content is an ongoing challenge as you find a style and stick to it. I need to ensure that copy for thebestof Eastbourne along with our SEO text is as effective as possible and Mina has been a great help. Even when it is content I have created having a fresh pair of eyes look over it to catch the silly errors that slip in when you are so close to the subject. Thank you for all you do.

This morning had a training session about Linkedin. The two hours passed so quickly, we were given straightforward advice, nothing too technical, so we could learn. We were shown clearly about the advantages, questions answered, I came away knowing I had learned how to then go back and do it properly. I would recommend Ditzy Media for all such training.

I took Ditzy Media Ltd. workshop on how to use social media to improve my business marketing. This course was run by Mina O'Brien. It was excellent training and well worth the investment of time and money. Mina is a superb coach, she was able to explain complex issues in a manner I had no problem following. She was able to show me where I have been going wrong when it comes to using social media for my business marketing and give me a plan of action to improve all areas of my business' presence online.

I had the pleasure of attending Mina's first joint training day session last week with High Click Rate's Lewis for help with all things Google and Social Media. I found this very beneficial to has two friendly and highly knowledgable people in the same room giving their take and asking/mentioning certain topics that hadn't crossed my mind. I have done a couple of training sessions with Mina, along with helpful tips and presentations with the BestOf and I find that each time I really do learn something new. The content Mina provides is up to date, clear and not repetitive and current to your goals for your business and is explained is a user-friendly way and any jargon is explained simply.
I would highly recommend Ditzy Media for their training sessions and managing our social media accounts, whether that's to cover holiday (like me) or long term.
