You know when someone has the capacity to clearly and appropriately teach a group of people who have varying levels of IT expertise or knowledge of social media? That's Mina! Her training style is energising and participate and encourages questions, in fact, no question is a silly question. Well worth the investment if you want to your business to grow.

I’ve just finished a two hour training session on Facebook Business Pages and Instagram with Ditzy Media. She worked at a pace that suited me, but still packed in tons of information and value. The work she did on my Page was extraordinary, I’m now so much more visible.

The training Kathryn & I had with Mina (courtesy of EDEAL scheme) was excellent, taking us through the various platforms and showing us how to do it but most importantly, relating it to a service business (insurance broker) so we now have the tools to do further work ourselves. Came away feeling really inspired & enthused, would highly recommend Mina's approach.

Ditzy Media really deliver great results.<br><br>Mina and her team have been assisting me for over a year with my Social Media, she understood what I do very quickly (Business Finance). Mina has a very calming way about her. She is patient and knowledgeable in her field and is able to relay information professionally while also giving you the time to retain it. The other staff were friendly and approachable and the office is bright and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Mina and her team and I shall be putting the information I learned to good use.

I was entirely pleased to be offered this opportunity to learn and use social media for the church charity which I work for. It was extremely useful, timely and convenient, and I found the consultant very supportive and sympathetic. As a retired person, I find the whole area of social media to be somewhat daunting, but Mina seemed very willing to explain some basics without using impenetrable jargon.
