I got very good help from customer service. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my fridge freezer, but they gave me good honest advice. I bought a new one in the end and they fitted it for me and took away the old one.

This company is the BEST! Every member of staff was courteous, knowledgeable, considerate and experienced . They are a rarity in that they care about their customers and are genuinely kind and helpful. We bought an American Fridge Freezer in great urgency (as freezer bought thro another company suddenly failed & we were losing food and had no back up). Within a few frantic hours we had chosen a replacement, negotiated a reduced price close to another known Suppliers, had it installed next morning & old one removed. Tricky steps to negotiate with these huges appliances & done with great care. Truly saved this struggling older couple from a very difficult and worrying situation. Thank you to all.

Knowing that you can usually buy an item from stock and have it delivered within 24-36 hours is excellent service especially as kitchen appliances are essential and used daily so speed is the essence. The Sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful and there is no feeling of being pushed to make a purchase.
