I was extremely pleased with the delivery - oven and hob delivered on time and within 3 days of purchase. However, when I visited the showroom to purchase an Oven and Hob (integrated) I specifically requested to be shown Gas appliances. Both appliances were NEFF and I assumed both were Gas. However, when both were delivered the Oven was Electric! After contacting the showroom I was informed that NEFF do not supply Gas Ovens only Electric and I would have been told that when I purchased these items. I can assure you I was NOT informed that the oven I purchased was Electric!! Although I have decided to keep the oven, I am disappointed that your salesman did not point this out at the time of purchase. My daughter was with me and can confirm that at no time did he advise that the oven I had chosen was Electric. The rating I have given is for speed of delivery only.

Delivery was swift and well done, old American fridge freezer was collected and disposed of.
After delivery we noticed the fridge had correct white handle but freezer had a chrome handle. Lee sorted this out and correct handle fitted by myself.

From start to finish DB have been brilliant. Helping staff in store, well priced product, delivered the next day and old one removed. The driver was very pleasant and helpful when delivery happened and communicated arrival times with a 30 minute window.

The staff are always friendly and allow you time to look around, but are available for questions. It was one of the easiest purchases not like some of the large stores. As it’s a family run business, they always go that extra mile. They fitted my Dishwasher the following day free of charge and removed my old one free of charge as well.
The men who brought the dishwasher were friendly and very polite. They have staff who worked for them for years and you get to know them.

My fridge gave up over the weekend. On Monday morning I went into DB Domestics. On Monday afternoon they delivered and installed the new fridge and took the old one away. By Monday evening the new fridge had duly rested and was up and running.

I ordered an electric fire at the weekend and received a call on the Monday from DB Domestics to advise that they had noticed that the product I had bought was damaged. They gave me the option to either wait whilst they got a new one or cancel the order. As currently everything is taking a long lead time I decided to cancel the order.
Although I was disappointed that I wasn't able to complete my transaction I was very pleased that the company did the decent thing and called me up to advise of the damage before hand rather than sending it out anyway. If I am able to use them in the future then I will as it was the lowest price I found as well!
