Lovely fire, ordered Black surround but was sent Brass. Not good warehouse pick if we were not happy but as it happens we are over the moon with the brass and would probably have ordered such if we had seen it in the flesh. All told very happy.

Phoned first. Got clear polite information and answers to my questions. Went to shop and again staff were helpful and respectful and gave me information without being pushy.

My washing machine was delivered and I was told they couldn't fit it as the plumbing was wrong. They said for me to let them know when it was addressed and they would come back. They came back as promised but they hadn't explained it properly and I needed the plumber to attend again.It cost me ÂŁ80 for something I didn't need.

Finally got got my fridge freezer, our flat is on the first floor it was delivered with no hassle stress free excellent service.
We had tried two other companies who would not even try to get it up the stairs then DB Domestic was recommended so happy they were.
