the one thing i would improve is that you must be able to give a better time window than a complete day
i gather this is because the driver sets his own route

CountyClean's chap did a good job with the asbsolute minimum of mess. He didn't complain about the awful access to our property. The only slight snag was that we were promised a call before he came, but that didn't happen, which left us scrabbling about when he suddenly arrived. We appreciated the fact that we were offered a discount.
