After 35 years living with Ankylosing Spondylitis and constant sciatica 24/7 and having many medical interventions I couldnāt deal with it anymore.Taking opiates was only masking my chronic pain and only easing the symptoms.<br>I was turned away by four Chiropractic care specialists saying my case is to long standing, unethical and āI canāt find anything wrong with you.ā Unbelievable.<br><br>This is where I continued to look and found Cornerstones Chiropractic Care Eastbourne.Theo took the time to listen intently to my case history and took me on. I had two x-rays taken and my spine was a mess. Every visit was targeted and adjusted to realign each vertebrae and have since reduced taking my medication.<br><br>I have made good progress throughout. Am very happy with the treatment I have received I referred my daughter to attend for bad migraines and problems to her neck.<br>If Cornerstones can help me after 35 years then you have to give them ago. Itās not an instant fix first time but worth the journey and experience of how the spine works and why you have pain.

Theo was recommended to me by a colleague when I suffered a lower back issue which left me virtually unable to move with severe nerve pain. I could not be more grateful to Theo and Cornerstone Chiropractic who agreed to see me quickly and started me on a rapid recovery. I was back walking within a week and back to work soon afterwards with ongoing appointments and care. Theo went above and beyond and even came to collect me from my house with crutches when I couldnāt walk. They achieved what I thought would be impossible and I now have regular appointments to keep me in good order. I was also more recently involved in a non-fault car accident which unfortunately set me back again and also left me with whiplash pain. Again Theo saw me promptly and is helping me resolve these issues.<br>A very friendly, welcoming and professional experience in newly refurbished facilities. You will only be offered the treatment at a frequency you need along with sound advice specific to your needs and well managed expectations. Following several years of neck and back pain from a car accident, I finally decided to try a chiropractor. Was a bit skeptical but from the initial assessment, which was very thorough, I have felt a real improvement. Everything is explained clearly and advice given goes way beyond what i had expected. Since coming here, I have felt very much at ease with my pain management. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort for a long time with my back and neck . I had tried acupuncture, physio, and many pills and potions, but nothing really worked for me. The treatment and advice I am receiving here are very helpful. It is a very friendly practise, and i have great faith in it. I strongly recommend anyone who is having problems with their back etc to come here .

Theo gave me a complimentary posture scan today and was very helpful! He gave me a series of stretches I could try to help prevent the ache from occurring which I tried as soon as I got home. I immediately felt a bit looser and with no ache so will continue to do the stretches daily. Iāll definitely be back if need be!

I am receiving excellent treatment for my knee problem. My questions are listened to and answered promptly. My muscles are strengthening with the appropriate exercises and the pain level is decreasing gradually. Very happy with the way things are progressing

Since moving to the area I have tried to find a Chiropractor that suits me and takes time during each session rather than the quick click and crack thanks very much see you next week type of approach. I'm so pleased to have found Cornerstone, Theo has helped me no end with back pain and my 'stubborn' neck issues. He understands I don't like a really big crack of the neck and although it is sometimes necessary has a gentler approach. I stupidly broke a toe not long after my treatment started and Theo has given me advice on this too. Everyone within the practice is so friendly. If you're looking for a friendly chiropractor who genuinely knows their field look no further than Cornerstone.

I was pleased to be recommended to this practice by my neighbour andI went because I had back pain.<br>I was pleasantly surprised by the experience of Theo who was methodical in the treatment he gave me over my 12 visits. I feel physically fitter and have come away with the correct exercises to do and ways to keep myself free from further pain. He found things that I didnāt know I had ie one leg was shorter than the other due to a double fracture in my youth.<br>This had not been mentioned before by many doctors and Theo corrected it by fitting a piece in my shorter leg shoe. This has improved my posture which has now made me be pain free along with the other treatment.<br>The staff are also so helpful/ kind and very efficient in ensuring you know when your appointments are. I did myself a complete mischief bathing a poorly dog and thought everything would ease up on its own. It did not. My foot would go numb, awful pain in my leg and I literally couldn't sit - I was working lying on the floor. Medication took the edge off, but needed top ups during the night the pain was so bad.<br>Going to Cornerstone was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. I cannot express enough the turnaround in how I was to now - almost back to normal. In fact the top of my back which had been tight/sensitive for 20+ years is now normal and I didn't even go in for that!<br>I'm not going to lie and tell you that it's not incredibly strange to start with, it is, but it becomes less strange as you go on and it's 100% worth it.<br>If you end up making an appointment you won't regret it. Absolutely awesome Chiropractor. I was crippled by lower back pain. Theo worked his magic and within a few sessions I was out of pain. He has uncovered so very much more, sinus problems, sleep, vitamin deficiency the list is endless. His knowledge is second to none.
