had my first consultancy and treatment today. what a fantastic experience ! it felt like a head to toe analysis of my body, finding what needs correcting. Theo was very friendly and made me feel comfortable doing the session. highly recommended ! everyone in any pain or discomfort should have a chat with them, why suffer with pain that can be gone !

Theo and Georgia are miracle workers. After over 30:years suffering migraines, I have not had one since starting treatment. My balance and digestive health have improved and my other issues are in the process of being resolved. They also really listen to what you are telling them and have a friendly approach.

I have a wonderful experience with Georgia She is so nice, warm and friendly. I came with bad pain in my shoulder , neck and back . She took care of it so profoundly by explaining every small bit of treatment what and how we need to do, it makes it so much easy to understand and go ahead with the treatment. The after treatment stretches are alao very easy to do and it really helped me a lot.<br><br>I am continuing my few other adjustments<br>for my ankle and lower back with her and will recommend Cornerstone for anyone who is in chronic pain suffering from long time and not sure how to fix it.<br><br>Thanks a lot Georgia and Cornorstone❤

I first visited Theo several years ago in Worthing with chronic neck pain which he successfully treated for me.<br>I’ve visited the new practice in Eastbourne (great as much closer to home!) recently with a shoulder injury which has improved significantly with regular treatment.<br>Theo and Georgia are warm, friendly and professional. They have a very holistic approach to treatment, and explain as they go. They are always happy to answer my frequent questions!<br>The treatments have not only helped my shoulder, but my whole body. I feel less stiff and much more mobile generally.<br>I highly recommend Cornerstone Chiropractic.

I went to Cornerstone chiropractor because I was in alot of pain with my back and pelvis , I'd never been to a chiropractor before and didn't know what to expect but I was welcomed and seen straight away , Theo explained everything to me from what my treatment will involve to what exercises will benefit me. Im happy to say my back is feeling so much better which is why I would highly recommend Cornerstone chiropractors.

Theo and Georgia have been beyond both amazing, incredible, and friendly. Having had reoccuring lower back problems for a number of years, and being fed up of being prescribed painkillers, which, to be honest, did very little, I decided to look at booking in with a Chiropractor and came across Cornerstone. I am so glad I did!<br><br>As someone who has struggled with confidence, I was made to feel very welcome from the minute I walked in, and everything was explained thoroughly and clearly. Having now had about 10 sessions, my back feels incredible - the best it has felt in a very long time.<br><br>I have no reservations at all about recommending Theo and Georgia at all - an incredible team: professional, welcoming, thorough and patient. If I could give 6 stars I would!!

Theo and Georgia are really nice friendly, welcoming people. I never realised how much I needed a chiropractor until I met Theo. Wish I had gone to one years ago. I had considered seeing a Chiropractor for a long while but I wasn't sure if the health issues I had could be dealt with by a Chiropractor. My daughter started going to see Georgia at Cornerstone Chiropractic and persuaded me to fill in a health questionnaire and make an initial appointment. It's the best thing I ever did and I wish I'd gone sooner. Both Georgia and Theo are highly professional, kind and warm people with a bright welcoming practice. I know I have a long journey but with Georgia's expertise I am finally beginning to feel better. This wonderful lady has done more for me in four weeks than an army of GP's and their prescriptions have done in a year and a half, I'm looking forward to finally getting my life back. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough and have been busy passing Cornerstone Chiropractic's details around.

Theo and Georgia are both extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The treatment I have had with Theo has changed life for me. I’ve gone from crippling migraines and restricted exercise which has effected both my mind and body negatively. After receiving treatment and guidance over the past few months, I’m now back running, weightlifting, being more physically active with my 3 children and feeling more comfortable at work. I can’t recommend Cornerstone Chiropractic enough!

Theo dealt with my daughter's issues arising from being dancer and she described him as a miracle worker.<br>I had Georgia as my chiropractor mainly for neck issues, for the last few years. I couldn't recommend her highly enough! From someone who was sceptical at first and now a total convert. Gutted to have them leave Worthing to start this new venture at Cornerstone. But know they'll be a huge success!

If you're in Eastbourne or the surrounding area, visit Cornerstone Chiropractic Eastbourne. The facility is first-rate, and the level of treatment and care is even better. 🤩 I started out needing two chiropractic sessions a week as my back and left side were not in good shape. Today, I have significantly more movement and less pain, and now I only see Georgia for monthly top-up sessions!

Theo and Georgia are just fantastic. I was a bit apprehensive at first of trying a chiropractor. Theo made me feel at ease straight away, he explained all the treatment plan that I would be having and worked wonders on my arm, neck and back. Georgia is also very welcoming and I will returning to them in the future for further treatment. I would highly recommend them both.. So, good glad they located to Eastbourne.

Theo did a fantastic job with my wife’s elbow. She had some irritation for several weeks, it took Theo just one session for her to see significant results. Within three days the elbow had basically fully recovered.

Theo & Georgia are great chiropractors. Caring, friendly and professional and it’s great they take a wholistic view to their practice. I got help after I was suffering from back and neck flare ups and problems left over from a car accident a while back. Working at a desk, remotely and being inactive didn’t help. Really appreciate their help in recovery, correcting and strengthening my posture. Always have helpful exercises to help get me moving and aid my recovery too. Their new practice on Seaside, Eastbourne is clean and I highly recommend their services and care!
